To Wayne
* Fantastic customer service with very experienced professional technical background.

* Well guidance to resolve issues.

* Trustworthy and reliable support.

* Can not recommend more.

Wayne first contacted me by phone to explain that he was my EKM account manager and run me through some options. He has set a whole new marketing strategy in motion for me, and I am now on board!

Wayne has shown real dedication to helping me get my email marketing to do what I want it to. He is there on the phone, he answers emails quickly and thoroughly.

I highly recommend Wayne to anyone wanting to get started with email marketing through their EKMPowershop. He has stopped me from giving up several times, helping me to understand the workings of all the different aspects of it.

I was contacted by Wayne who introduced himself as my new accounts manager, he asked questions about the set up of our company and what we did and was happy to go through the marketing set up of our account of which i have never explored as i am not the most computer literate person. Wayne talked me through how to set up a campaign and said that he was happy to assist in new campaigns and confirm correct settings before we send. Wayne explained about the pricing structure and we are happy to remain with the £9.99 package per month until campaigns are sent more regularly. Overall i am very satisfied with the assistance given to me by Wayne who has now given me confidence to send more campaigns.
