Great products, quick delivery and a significant improvement on our existing bins. Whilst there was a problem with one of the touch lids, this was quickly resolved.

I had a problem with the mechanism of my bin. I decided to try to find the spare part on their site. Quick response and quickly resolved the problem.
I'm happy with their service! If I didn't try to find the part, would probably buy the whole bin which would cost more than triple the part!

I purchased the touch free soap dispenser. Well made and of good quality build. Easy to maintain and charge. I did have an issue and took this up with Eko customer service. They were quick to respond and resolved my issue promptly and politely. I highly recommend. Thank you EKO

Absolutely fabulous customer service and what an asset Lara is! She left no stone unturned to resolve my issue with an out of warranty bin. I am now the very happy possessor of a new bin - and a really speedy resolution!

Thank you and well done!

Lost part that was replaced speedily with a fantastic Customer Service led Experience from Lara.
Love these bins got 2, household and recycling!

Great customer service. Lovely product

The bin is simple but really well designed, keeps bags in place so no spillage when getting them out and the linking feature is great. I have my ordinary rubbish & recycling bins linked together and they take up a small amount of room.

Great liners - they fit the bin correctly, unlike supermarkets generic liners.

Excellent product. Customer service was superb- particularly communication from Lara.

We had an issue with the bin that arrived, but the Customer Service team were very efficient at arranging a replacement.
Excellent customer service and would happily use this company again!

I am delighted with the self raising lid on my kitchen bin.

Great bin, quick delivery.

They are lovely bins - this is my third one now and realised I have spent £450 on them which I think is a bit pricey for a bin.

However, I love the 80l one that I got as well as the 20 x 20 recycling one.

The caddy I ordered arrived damaged. It was easy to email Ekohome who responded instantly, guided me through the process and swiftly replaced the damaged item. I am pleased with the caddy, which is a neat design giving easy to use kitchen worktop waste disposal.

We needed a food waste bin of a size to fit in a pull out drawer in our kitchen. The EKO bin fits exactly and the opening is exactly where we need it to be. The quality of the bin is excellent and I love the colour.

Love the sensor bin bought for the bathroom. Just the right size, and nearly silent in operation. This one is rechargeable and we’ve had it several weeks and not had to charge it yet.

This is the best bin I've ever had. Like the touch-free opening. It looks stylish in my new kitchen and fits with the decor perfectly. Wish I had found this sooner, well worth the price.

Needed a replacement lid. No issues at all. Very helpful. Will never be going back to a non sensor bin. I brilliant idea. Many thanks to their team.

Very satisfied with high quality, beautiful bins.

Best food caddy liners I have found. They are strong and don’t fall apart. Quick delivery too.

Really pleased with this bin and the fact you can get it to stay open if you need to dispose of something for longer.
Shout out to Lara from customer service who went above and beyond to assist with a teething problem
