Tutto perfetto

Ordinato un paio di Sci 3 settimane fa, dichiarato l'arrivo in 3-5 giorni. Ordinati il 20/01/2026, dal 23/01/2026 per il tracking sono in transito dalla Francia. Chiedo il motivo e che sia risolto il problema ma non ottengo risposte esaustive e positive. E' una settimana che chiede informazioni. Ho dovuto noleggiare l'attrezzatura più volte nell'arco di questo periodo, perdendo di fatto i soldi che avrei dovuto risparmiare sul sito visti gli sconti. A questo punto non ho neanche la certezza che possano arrivare.

Ho acquistato degli sci a dicembre. Siamo a febbraio e non sono ancora arrivati e il customer service non ha cercato in alcun modo di aiutarmi, dicendo solo che sarebbero entrati in contatto con il corriere ma era una cosa complessa

Absolutely NOT a reliable e-Commerce company.
I report only FACTS, not my opinion:
- I placed an order on the 6th of January, FULLY paid
- I received the "Order shipped" email two days later, with express Courier

At this stage, I was happy, but then...

- my tracking ID was showing 2 different shipments, one for ski boots only, and another one for ski + poles
- both arrived in Italy on the 12th of January (6 days after the order...)
- the shipment with ski boots arrived on the 14th
- the shipment with ski + poles... disappeared

I then decided to contact, through the website form, the Customer Service asking support... once, twice... each time getting the "Automatic Reply" email saying "Your request has been received, one of our Customer Service reps will be replying to you as soon as possible" but... NOBOTY EVER REPLIED!

I thus decided to call directly by phone - btw: you need to check the French website to get a telephone number, because the other international website pages provide only the form...

I takled, now at least 10 days ago, with one consultant, that was promising me a feedback by email... but... NOTHING.

I then - again - called, and - again - same promise: but NOBODY provided any answer.

I then called again, and asked for a prompt refund, and - together - also the return+refund procedure for the ski boots (what I could do with them without ski+poles?!?)

They finally - by phone - told me that they cannot process any refund, and any return+refund until the Carrier provides a final feedback on the lost shipment, and this - for EKOSPORT - can take lot of time....

I personally contacted the Carrier in Italy, and I got IMMEDIATELY (not after "lot of time") a final answer that was confirming the parcel has been LOST, and they also provided my the ID of such "LOST PARCEL" procedure.

I then, again, called the EKOSPORT customer service, sending also by email the email I got directly from the Carrier and... again, I've been told "we need that the investigation with the Carrier reaches an end"... but the END of the Carrier investigation was already demonstrated with the email I got directly from the Carrier and sent to EKOSPORT...

Again... NO answer to my emails, and such "rubber wall" with the Customer Service by phone.

As fast as as today, after a MONTH of the day I purchased and FULLY paid my goods... still in this NIGHTMARE.

Definitely a NOT SERIOUS e-Commerce website.
Definitely a VERY ROUGH and NOT HELPFUL Customer Service.

I definitely DO NOT suggest to buy any goods from this website.

And, hopefully, I would like to get any final solution with FULL REFUND of the money I paid a month ago...

Prima volta che acquistavo da loro. Tutto perfetto. Prodotti come da descrizione, nei tempi previsti e con tracciamento in tempo reale della consegna. Aggiunto tra i miei siti preferiti per i prossimi acquisti.

Non è la prima volta che compro da Ekosport.
Spedizione veloce, imballo accurato. Consigliatissimo!!
