Excellent dress and shirt, delivered quickly

Do not order from this company. I ordered two sweaters for my wife on 12/8, when asking if they would arrive by Christmas their support team said yes, but they did not arrive until 12/31. They created a shipping label on 12/17 but the item did not ship then. Once the sweaters did arrive they were not the quality that was expected so based on their 30 day return policy I requested the return by emailing their support team on 1/16. They responded by saying they would like me to keep the items and would give me $14. I responded with no, I want to return the items and a full refund of $93.17, they responded with offering me $28 and to keep the items. This is their most recent message to me "Dear customer: The best we can compensate is $37, can you kindly keep the item(s)？our receiving warehouse is in Dubai." I filled a dispute with my CC company as this company was misleading with their return policy and was also very shady when it came to telling me when the order actually shipped and offering me random dollar amount to try to get me to keep the items
The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself.

Great website easy to get through. Quality is good and glad to see a portion of the sale goes to charities

ordering was easy, but either the picture on the site didn't represent the item properly or I was sent the wrong item. I thought I ordered a blouse but I received a tshirt knit shirt with a high neck. something I wouldn't have ordered

This is a scam ordered Dec 8 and its the end of Jan with nothing and tracking still says it hasn't been picked up or already shipped. Buy from a place that's already reputable

I ordered two items, which arrived promptly to Australia . However I am not happy with them, and have emailed them numerous times, and they keep ignoring my emails. They advertise 24/7 customer service.. They give zero customer service. My advice is to not order from this company!

Clothes look great and seem to be good quality, shipping to USA takes a while, so be patient.

This company is a scam! Ordered cloths at the beginning of November as Christmas gifts, it’s now the end of January with still no product. All customer service keeps saying as months roll by is that it’s been shipped, doesn’t take 3 months to ship anything from anywhere in the world

I’m glad that it’s nice quality . Sizing was accurate. It didn’t take to long to receive it . I will shop again shortly.

Seamless ordering system and adequate shipping times.

I ordered my wife a sweater from an add I saw on Facebook. I rolled the dice half expecting it to possibly be a scam or a product that was of terrible quality (similar to a previous experience from China). To my surprise, the sweater arrived and looks amazing! My wife loves it and it is true to size. I ordered a medium (her normal size) and it fits perfect. I will be back for more👍🏼
