Le peu d'avis positifs et le peu de visibilité du site elcoda sur google me paraissent donc immérité.

I bought a very expensive, high-quality Visesnut guitar case. I could follow the package with a tracking number, and the case arrived quickly with UPS. Upon receipt, I paid VAT and an import customs clearance fee for the full amount of the order. Unfortunately, the soft cover that I had ordered with the case was missing. I contacted elcoda.com via email, and the seller quickly responded and sent the soft cover. He made sure that I didn't have to pay VAT and import duty fees again, as I had already paid that with the arrival of the first package.
