I was an active player for about 3 years, I recently quit the game due to real life issues. I logged into my elder scrolls online account on the website for the first time in about 6 months a couple weeks ago to make sure my membership was not still active, in which it specifically said I had no memberships active, but I have been charged £105 for a yearly subscription? I can’t afford to be losing £105 for something I didn’t know was still active, not on my own part. I am now being told by both ESO and PlayStation there’s no way I can be refunded? I was an active member of the community and loved the game while I did, it’s nice to know the people behind it don’t really care about loyalty and respect but more about the money they are taking in from their customer base. I am appalled.

The customer service is nice if you have the luck to get a dedicated person on the other end. I accidentally deleted a fully decked-out char, got him back in a matter of hours. On the other side, it seems impossible to fix a crown store order because the CS seems overworked and not at all bothered.

The game itself is plagued with farm bots and toxic guilds but ZOS doesn't seem to mind. It's a good game tho, I made a lot of friends and I really enjoy playing it.

Unacceptable customer service. Did not receive my in game store items in time.

The fact that they can copy paste a response asking you to have to wait 72 hours until they do something is completely ludicrous.

Meanwhile they ask you to check if your bank transaction went through as if you're the one at fault for their incompetent logistics.

Listen, I get it if a server goes down, or if there's a bug. But if there's one thing I cannot stand is someone making a clown out of me with my hard earned money.

"Sorry" does not substitute accountability, get your act together.

Toxic Community not critical. Hole game is a bug and it will not getting better. I hope Bethesda goes out of money...

Worst company ever! Game has kept me sane and also pushed me over the edge at the same time during the covid. Blue screens, prolonged maintenance periods during events, excuses and no offer to refund money or at least give big prizes for being inconvenienced over and over. This last maintenance was the last straw. 9 hrs so far and counting. All you want is our money and screw us when the damn game doesn't work!

Love the game shame about the LAGS, the BUGS and the constant BLUE SCREENING. every time the game gets an update u can GUARANTEE they've messed up parts of the game where it can be practically worthless playing. If I hadn't already invested my time and money in this game it would be relegated to the BIN.

Had one of the least professional replies I've ever seen from a customer service rep. The tone was blatantly rude and patronising, I've spent thousands on this game and would expect at least some basic courtesy, but I've learned to have low expectations as far as ESO and their forum mods and customer service reps are concerned.

Customers (yes gamers are customers too) are nothing more than money sponges to this game/company.

Comprehensive and immersive MMO

I have now played this for 3 years or so, and keep on experiencing new and interesting aspects of the game. I love the ability to use standard skills in combination with class specific skills, and that it is easy to move between pvp and pve and that you can have more than one guild your part of due to the same need for both pve and pvp, pending on mood.

Comes fully recommended, and seems to continue nicely for the comming year.

injugable. era un juegazo hace unos años pero ahora mismo el lag, los malos servidor y un equipo que no hace más que cambiarlo todo estropeando todo lo hace completamente injugable.

I purchased a eso + on website assuming when it says one for all mean't i could use it on ps4 as well.This wasn't the case and i realised it had to be purchased through ps4 which i did.I then cancelled my pc version giving them a long period of notice through PayPal with detailed reason why.I then find out they permanently banned all my accounts and forums.I sent many tickets and social media requests and no one will help me.I simply purchased 2 subscriptions and got a ban...thanks alot.Ticket 200304002205

I love this game, PC version has some nice mature players.

bougts The Elder Scroll Online and cant play because do not receive code. Support answered just once with standart phrase (i wrote that i tried it)

Been playing this on and off since release, amazing game and highly recommended.

The Free to play option is amazing, although I do subscribe to ESO Plus which makes it even better, just purchased Morrowind and am once again hooked. I currently play on a Macbook Pro and it runs like a dream (no lag or issues).

Good work guys, I love the whole Elder Scrolls Series.

I bought the most expensive pre-order version in order to get the game 5 days earlier than the actual release date because I wanted to catch some nice IGNs to my players. I cought the name "Israel", "Jewish" and "Judea", after some days of playing I forced to change the players names though other names I had such as "Muslim" or "Palestine" weren't forced to changed. I contacted their support and they told me they don't like "national" names, I told them few times that Israel is not just a country but also a name though they didn't change their mind, after asking them why they allowed me to use Muslim and Palestine but not Jewish and Israel they just didn't answer, sent them another letter, and again, no answer for about... 1 year.

Well I heard a lot of disappointment when ESO first came out, especially it being a subscription based game. Lots of bugs, etc.
Well then they stopped charging subs and did a lot of updating, so I heard good things, so I forked over the money. What a great choice. This game is awesome for an online MMO. Even though others are on too, you aren't plagued with people. You can still get immersed in this game, and it feels good. All dialogue is voice acted, which the scripting and voice acting are very good. It really sucks you in. Plus you have the Elder Scrolls style leveling, which just conforms to what you use.
I am thoroughly enjoying this game, and more than I had hope for to be honest. I definitely recommend this valiant game. It is a breathe of fresh air in this current "old world fantasy" market, that is quite frankly, over-saturated.
