Gordon and his team did a great job, once again, taking care of a repair to my electric bike. Their after-sales service is terrific and eventually when I need to replace my older ante bike with a new bike I’ll be coming back to them. They’re doing such a great job with repairs and services though, that it might not be for a while! Thanks for all your help with my bike 😄

Once again had repairs carried out and very satisfied. Gordon and Clancy were great as always. They know their stuff and take time to explain what needs doing and answer all questions patiently and clearly. Also their pricing is very fair. Can highly recommend.

Great experience buying a bike from Gordon. He was helpful, informative, no-nonsense, and sold me an Earth TRex Trekking, which is a lot of fun. His YouTube channel is good fun too - worth a watch! Thanks Gordon, Henry.

If I could give zero I would. The owner / manager was particularly rude right from the start as I had not purchased my ebike from his store and he was hesitant to sell a spare tube at the whopping price of $50 - Research now shows they are around $25.. When confronted about his view and why he decided he did’nt was to sell. How awkward to be a retailer and having to like interrogate the customer and decide if they will sell a spare.. Simply terrible customer service.

I purchased my first ebike in 2014 from these guys - an Earth 29 mountain bike. Has been totally reliable but now 5000klm. No issues but I thought I would upgrade to a current ebike model for longer range and new features. So after test riding a couple and discussions with Gordon I selected a NCM Moscow Plus 29. So far seems a great choice !!

Good, honest service. Gordon provided helpful and practical advice about the e-bikes we purchased. In terms of prices, they were equivalent to other places (seems to be the norm with e-bikes). Being able to test ride bikes around the quiet residential streets was really useful.

Gordon was very helpful in the selection of my fat tyre e-bike. Great price very happy with bike. Still working out the best way to ride on sand. Its so much fun with the e-bike, hills and distance no longer a problem. Worth every cent!

Great service from Gordon and his team. They are flexible (Gordon opened for us on a public holiday) and knowledgeable. They have a great range to try. We bought the bike on Tuesday and it was available for pick up on Friday. I am very happy with my purchase.

I am loving the NCM London I purchased after chatting with Gordon about what would suit my requirements best and test riding at the store. It is really easy to ride and surprisingly took very little time getting used to it. Perfect for my needs and even on a 45km ride with some very decent hills, only needed to use some occasional power on the steeper bits as the bike does not feel heavy at all. Still had 80% battery left after that ride so extremely happy with the long range possible for the way I ride . Great friendly service and with so many options for folding e-bikes, this one suits my needs well so Gordon's advice was spot on. NCM London is comfortable, so much fun to ride and easy to fold and unfold after a couple of practices. I find myself riding at least twice as far as I did on my conventional bike and enjoying every minute of it. Highly recommend Electric Bikes Superstore.

Excellent service. I had a problem with my battery. The guys fixed it quickly and then organised for it to be delivered to my house so we could go riding on the weekend. Really appreciated during the lockdown.

Gordon was very helpful and presented the options well.
I selected the Earth Rex Urban. It is a really well balanced E bike. After riding the bike for nearly a week I am even more convinced. The range is impressive it is a very strong build and the big wide tires give a very secure feeling when riding. Includes front and back lights, mudguards,a strong rear pack rack and option for a second battery built in.
The motor is surprisingly strong and quiet, It's really fun to ride and great on the hills brakes are very good. Great value.

I purchased the Earth TRex 650 and it’s an awesome Ebike the advice I received from James was fantastic and the Customer service was superb. I test rode to bike and I was sold immediately.
The Utube Videos by Gordon were also very helpful in my decision making.
The T Rex is a top quality bike with no short cuts taken.
This is a great way to get exercise and a lot more fun.
Just a warning if you let your friends ride it they will want to purchase one themselves this bike sells itself.
This bike is a hill buster.
Please let me know when the step thru model arrives as my wife now wants one.
I will definitely recommend your business to all my friends.

I had borrowed friends E bikes during ISO and wanted to purchase my own my friends had very expensive German bikes. James and Gordon were very helpful and I was super excited. Unfortunately I had a little stack on my first ride going up a hill. I was super impressed with the after sales service and I had to have a little repair done. My Ordica Neo E Bike is super comfortable to ride and I am keeping up with my friends. I would highly recommend Electric Bike Superstore for your purchase of an E Bike
