A busy man returned my call.
His name is Amair, and so started the acquisition of my new Meet One Breeze Pro 2.0.

I found I was dealing with a professional, one who went out of his way to match my requirements, one who went the second mile! This means a lot for a man that has orbited the sun 88 times!😁

Not only did he deliver the crate, he unboxed and assembled it to the stage where he could drill me with the operation and use all the many features of the Trike. Of course I was intimidated by the latest technology and display interface, but he was patient and gave me a thorough grounding in E-Trike ownership.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Amair as a genuine, caring vendor!

As for the Trike, it is a massive upgrade from my 2019 Fat Tire model. The rear wheel drive, the hydraulic brakes, the electronic architecture makes the MeetOne Breeze Pro 2.0 a leader in the field!

Oh, I must mention that it can fold and fit in the back of most SUV’s!

My purchase experience of a Meetone Trike was flawless from start to finish. Russell made a very positive impact on the entire process, his advice from the start was valuable and meaningful. He responded and communicated via phone calls and text messages and kept us informed all the time.
The actual product is of high quality and performs to its specifications. All parts were delivered according to schedule. What impressed me most was the secure packaging of the Trike and parts to ensure it is received without any damages in transit. I compare this with a recent E-bike purchase and delivery from another Brand and Supplier, major difference in the whole process & quality of packaging & product.

Was handed fast and quickly got shipped out in one week and should be here tomorrow

I recently purchased my Meet One Tour from Russell at OneBike & I must say all the hype about this eTrike is true. I am 76 yrs old and after just 3 weeks out on it every day, it has changed my life. The trike arrived within the promised timeline and overall I am pleased with my dealings with Russell and I do agree with others that he is a very sincere and trustworthy person. He gave me a really good deal and I am thankful for that. My only perceived negative, was for me the slow responses to my texts & emails. I'm old school and with such a big purchase for me, because of my age & being a doddery pensioner, I get anxious when follow up is slow or delayed. Having said all that, I am thrilled with my purchase and would recommend Russell & One Bike highly to anyone looking to purchase an ebike or etrike.

From the first call to Russell the service, the help , the advice all reflects on how excellent the company does their business. The trike that I chose Meetone pro exceeds all expectations that I asked for, it allows me to explore more of the bike paths around the north of our city. Follow all directions given to you and you will have one hell of a ride.

The shipping was terrible

I paid for same-day delivery, but it’s now been 8 days and the package still hasn’t arrived. The tracking keeps saying “delivery tomorrow,” but it never comes. I spent $2,000 and was left waiting over a week. Very disappointing service.

What started off as really helpful and friendly has now turned terribly. I’ve had several email and phone calls ignored and rejected. My bike was delivered two weeks later than I was informed. I’ve now been waiting over 8 weeks for my foot pedals (which I’ve paid for) and getting NO responses from anyone. I was promised an extra accessory as way of apology for the late arrival of the bike- fat chance that is ever coming. They’ve technically stole money off me and are ignoring me. Do NOT trust with your money.

I have request same day for delivery, But how ever today it’s been 8 days already but still not received my package and I have updated it only Tomorrow will be delivered! But it is never come, i pay $2000 but still have to walk for a week 😂

Russell was absolutely amazing to deal with , I'm glad we chose to buy from onebike , he gave us alot of information that we didn't know about and the best thing was he had what my son wanted at his home already built so made our life easier , thanks again Russell 😀
