Purchased via ebay (also have online retail website). Very helpful and quick answer to query. Great price especially using ebay discount voucher. Extremely speedy postage so arrived in good time for 'early access' to the game. Highly recommend.

Game turned up before release date and in perfect condition

I used this company as it was style only website I could find the hogwarts deluxe edition for PS5. This arrived super quickly and I will definitely be using this website again in the future.

Fantastic seller. I ordered a popular game for a significantly lower price than other websites were offering. It was dispatched swiftly by first class mail and arrived before the estimate.

I received my order within three days of ordering despite the release date not being until three days later, so that was an unexpected surprise and fantastic. The only slight issue I had was the tracking number/code didn't track correctly on the royal mail website, but that could just be royal mail at fault. All in all, fantastic price, service and fast delivery, I would use them again and recommend!

Ordered FIFA 23 on PS4 last week. Still not received the game or any updates on when I'll receive it

I was sent the wrong game. I emailed a week ago, no response. Sent a message via their website several days ago, no response. I have telephoned several times and no one picks up. Awful customer service and left with a game I did not order which I already own.
UPDATE continuing their poor service. I have received no updates as promised in their reply to this review.

I placed an order at the end of November and have yet to receive it. I have emailed, live chatted and called Electric Games but they haven't responded on any channel. Appreciate the mail strikes may have affected deliveries but my tracking number is not updating and it's frustrating I can't speak to anyone at the company about it.

UPDATE: Once I posted this review I received a call from Electric Games about an hour later. The gent I spoke to was lovely and really apologetic about the delay and issues with communication. We came to a solution quickly and Electric Games are going to keep in touch with me to ensure delivery is successful. Really great customer service and would recommend despite the initial issues.
