I ordered software from this company a couple of months ago, and just about forgot about it. When I recalled, I contacted the company via email, and they apologized and sent me a replacement which I received only recently. That could happen to any transaction, to any company. Packages going thru multiple delivery companies/countries can be easily lost or diverted. Two days after receiving the resent software, I received the originally sent software in a clear plastic bag from the US Postal Service. The original package appeared to have had a "bite" taken out of it, and still the package continued to me, during its 2-month long transit time. Throughout this time, Key-Software was monitoring the delivery, checking with me to see if I had received the package. Stellar performance. 5 Stars, in spite of bad luck with the delivery.

When I needed help to get my software up and running this was readily forthcoming. A service that is frequently not available from other firms.

I had a problem understanding my software install instruction, Sent an email and Simon replied with anitemised instruction , loaded fine after following.

Quick and helpful response to my question on continued us of Publisher.

I had tried to input the provided windows 11 pro key. Unfortunately the wrong key had been provided. Fortunately Key Software provided me with a replacement key within 1 day of informing them of the problem very good customer support.

Great support if you have any issues.

First off I was able to buy Microsoft Project Professional 2019 (Lifetime License) - Digital Download for an exceptional Price - I had some sort of issue with the auto Bot of Microsoft activation not accepting my info -and when I contacted support and was told them my issues I was addressed in a reasonable time being in the United State and them in the UK, I repeated to do what they recommended to do and all good, program works 100% the way it should.

I paid 9.99 for a MS office product, After saying order complete. I was sent a link to a site to download and each time I try to download from it, it returns with server timed out. No reply to emails and the phone goes to an answer machine. not good.
