Excellent customer service they answered my question about the dirt bike battery they had in stock it arrived early and was very well packed I've fitted it and am just waiting for our grandson to come round so he can go back out on it. Will use again. Many thanks Keith

My son has a 4x4 electric car. He's had it since he was 2 he is now 4 and loves it! However over time (nearly 2 years) the battery died and I needed a new. So I went for the exact same battery which I purchased 26th April. At the start of August it was losing power very quickly so I left it on charge for hours to make sure it was fully charged went to turn it on and had nothing! Stripped the car and took the battery to a bus depot where my father in law works to test it and charge it on a 24v charger. The mechanics words were "it's knackered, you should ask for a refund or replacement". I emailed customer service and they said its only got 3 months warranty and they won't do nothing about it. Almost £70 for the battery with delivery and it hasn't lasted 4 months. What an absolute rip off so please avoid and get your batteries else where! I bought the 24v battery exactly the same as the previous one. So I now have to folk out another £70 odd quid from a different website. AVOID!!!!!!

Found this company really easy to order the type of Ride-on I wanted for my Son, the description was very informative and some had video guides to help with assembly which I had no trouble with from the easy to follow instructions inside the box when it arrived just a few days after my order was complete. My son helped with the assembly which he really enjoyed and it had plenty of charge to get straight out riding, he absolutely loves this Quad bike. Had a slight issue a few weeks later with the sound (engine and music) which could have been caused by my younger Son, after speaking to Sam and explaining what was happening he gave me a few quick tests to perform and narrowed the issue down, sent replacement part out and I had it fixed within 2 days of contacting Sam. Can not fault the service from the beginning nor the aftercare, I will 100% be buying from them again and highly recommend them.

It’s easy to give bad feedback but I think good feedback should carry more weight as not every happy customer leaves it…they should!

Stay away. I have experienced the worst customer service following my report of a faulty motor on one of the tyres on a car I purchased for my sons birthday. Instead of trying to help and resolve the issue the blame was put squarely on the customer. Complete lack of service or accountability. Terrible service and I will be reporting to TS

Purchased a Neo Outlaw X7 Electric Scooter, nice smooth ride, good strong build, arrived well packaged in good time, have had it over 2 months now and working perfectly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!! ordered a Vespa for my daughters birthday came damaged, broken parts and scuffed looks like someone has had it in a few collision’s. None of the screws fit so had to buy the right screws just so I could build so she had it for her birthday! Tried to contact via phone they never answer so tried Facebook they asked to email so emailed them back in August 23 and still in jan 24 am awaiting a response the only correspondence I have had has been totally unhelpful and very rude. So I am still with a broken Vespa and no further forward. Quick enough to take your money… total scammers.
