I order a dirt bike for 1030 dollars on april 4 2022 and never got nothing and can not make any kind of contact with them because the site is now gone such bs how do i get my money back

Ordered the pink truck with all the lights for my 3 year olds birthday. We were given a fake tracking number. Asked for a new one and was told it’s still being tested. Was then told a day later it was shipped, then the week after that it was still being tested. Rideoncar.us is a SCAM!!!! They stopped replying after I asked for a refund and now their website and Fb page (which I was blocked from commenting and sharing) are gone. Disputed it as fast as I could. Still waiting on the outcome of that.

Fraudulent site takes orders and does ship items. They falsified credit card statement to show the name of a completely unrelated and innocent business - They're intentionally tricking buyers into thinking the payment went to some other business. Everyone impacted should immediately file a chargeback with their credit card company and file an internet crime report with the FBI.

Order number 2342 ordered on march 22 2022 and same thing as everyone else no answer and way of contacting i just want my money back so i can order from somewhere else until i get it back i am ass out and I would love to meet these low lifes face to face and see if they scam anyone else this is bull it was for my sons birthday now I have no way of even getting him anything till I get my money back if I even do

SCAM ALERT!!!! Rideoncar.us, does not deserve any stars. Ordered Segway Bot, credit card charged, fake shipping number sent. Multiple chats back and forth. I did not receive item ordered, but they have my money. Credit card company investigating. Rideoncar is launching a new website (Motorbike 1418)

I ordered a mini jeep from them and got a refund a week later,this was a month ago March 14th. So getting on chat with them,they told me that their was a problem with there payment center and to reorder and (their would be nothing to worry about). Seeing the refund on my card,I reorder and waited for 2 weeks and nothing, i emailed, and they responded with a 12 to 24 hour special investigator to respond in,and got nothing after 24 hours. Waiting to see the refund on my card after my request for a refund. Google should remove them,they are a scam company with a fake phone number. Must be a Democrat ran company.

Ordered February 24th and have not received anything. they will not answer their phones and emails at all. I want my money back. they ignore you and don’t send you anything.

i ordered two ATV's to be delivered asap. I used my credit card (thankfully) and in about a week, received a tracking number and freight carrier. I called the carrier and they indicated that this was not their tracking number. i emailed rideoncar and they then indicated that my shipment was held up because "my" credit card flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent. I called my cc company and they indicated that no hold was made and the payment was made. i then emailed/called/chatted to get an email reply that my shipment would in arrive 7-10 business days. i asked for the updated tracking info each day and after 3 days, they told me that my credit card charge did not go thru. Same song and dance as before. i called my CC company and told them to dispute the charge and i will order from someone else. I am trying TX powersports since my girlfriends son lives near their Arlington showroom. Crossing my fingures...

Can anyone be so kind to send me the email address for this crowd, their online form doesn't work and i've left called multiple times leaving 3 voicemails. I've placed an order on Friday and need to sort a payment query, also ask about delivery date. Thanks! Will update this review accordingly.

Remote doesnt work for the car but jew one being sent out. Hope this works

Absolutely shocking service. I received a toy car which arrived with broken parts and exposed broken wires! I contacted the company the same day. They asked for pictures which I happily sent. All’s I have received since is a new steering wheel which, I advised would not help and the wires are exposed, wheels do not stay on and the remote does not work 90% of the time.

This has been ongoing for months and I am yet to receive a resolution. Customer service is shocking but worst of all the car itself arrived in a state.

Currently, still going back and forth via email, receiving the same response. I will be ringing trade standards this week as this is heartbreaking for the kids waiting for their new cars and they are left with broken pieces. This is going to put a lot of people out of pocket for no reason.

Advice- do not buy from this company you may aswell throw your money away!

Trying to get hold of them, as suggested on their voicemail ‘use the contact is’ page. This never works.
Part has broken on wheel so can no longer use. Only had it in July. All I need is spare part!
No customer service and no way of contacting them.
Avoid at all costs!!
