Braun Epilator Heads.
Prompt delivery, easy to find what I wanted and items were as described. Good price.

My experience with this company has been very positive. I have ordered compatible shaver foils and cutters from them on two occasions. Their procedures are very efficient their communication excellent and the items were posted very promptly. The first time when Royal Mail sent my item via a roundabout route and delayed it, the boss of Electrospares took the time to phone me up and explain how he would try to speed things up. The second time the items arrived within three days. The compatible spare parts are at least as good quality as the original ones.

Quick dispatch following order. New shaver heads have made my tired Phillishave like new again at a fraction of replacing the whole shaver.

I order a USb to shaver socket adapter with side connection not end connection that everyone else has, because it needed to fit in my bathroom cabinet, it works a treat as now I can change my toothbrush, plus it has another USB connector to charge another alliance in the future

I couldn't be happier with the service and product. The foil was delivered quickly and well packaged. What more could one ask? What I would say is: Don't use Amazon! The price and delivery are much the same - support UK businesses, and not some American billionaire.

Sent me an inferior product than was advertised and charged for.
Purchased a replacement head for my razor, spending a bit more on what i thought was a better quality replacement than others were selling. Instead of sending what was advertised they sent me a very low spec product that i could have got from someone else for a quarter of the price. They did include a printed picture on a slip of paper, of the box the genuine product was meant to come in, as if somehow a picture of it would convince me it was it. I’ve already binned the new razor as my old one which i was seeking to replace cuts much better. Do yourself a favour and avoid using this phoney company.

Ordered a USB shaver socket. I deliberately searched the web to find one that was a more well-built expensive upmarket product.
However the one sent was a cheaper version and not as displayed on the Electrospares website.
I will not use them again as you cannot rely upon them sending you what you have paid for.

Purchased an aftermarket set of heads to fit my old Philips razor.
Not expensive but then again not cheap.
Fitted perfectly and ran very quietly.
Unfortunately when it came to shaving the stubble off my face well that never really happened, very uncomfortable and it was more like it was pulling the hairs out.
Won’t be buying again.
