Electrumelectrical レビュー

Vas, Joseph and Tim have just finished installing a Mitsubishi Electric 3 unit mini split. After a long wait- getting AC equipment is a nightmare- the team finished an excellent install on day 2 and a third. Really good workmanship with explanations of what was being done and instructions on how to us the system. Reliable (arrived early on all the days) and expert. Recommended.

I had a problem with my 10 year old Jaguar. The Jaguar was booked a month ahead, and told me they would charge me £400 just to do a “diagnostic”. A friend recommended Electrum. Rob picked up the phone on the first ring, and said to bring it in. The following day it was fixed and at a most reasonable cost. These guys are the best of the best. Highly recommended.

Last year, I engaged Electrum Electrical for a significant project in our home. They completed a comprehensive electrical rewire and installed air conditioning units in every room. To be honest, it was a considerable investment at the time, but reflecting on it now, I can confidently say it was entirely worthwhile. The comfort it provides exceeds my expectations.

This year, Electrum Electrical came back to service the air conditioning system and requested my feedback on its benefits.

One of the main advantages is the capability to heat individual rooms as required—without needing to activate the central boiler. The system heats up rapidly and consumes very little electricity compared to using the central boiler. On hot days, it cools the rooms perfectly, enabling us to sleep comfortably without sweating or waking up fatigued.

The air conditioning units operate quietly, and I particularly appreciate the smart feature that allows me to control everything from my phone. I can switch the units on before arriving home, ensuring that the rooms are already at the ideal temperature when I get home.

Previously, I believed air conditioning was solely for cooling—but now I primarily use it for heating. It’s an excellent solution for all year round. They did a beautiful, professional job. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend Electrum Electrical to anyone needing electrical or air conditioning services.

The 3 people that came to our house to do the electric was one of the friendliest people I’ve met they have done a perfect job to our electric cleaned up after they made a little mess and are quite funny everything is perfect definitely would recommend them

Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Vasile from Electrum Electrical! From the moment he arrived to advise on the installation of our complex air conditioning system, it was clear we were in the hands of a true professional. Vasile's expertise shone through as he carefully assessed our needs, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly aligned with our requirements. Great communication throughout, to design and get the best prices for the system that would meet our needs.

His promptness was impeccable—he and his team arrived exactly at the scheduled time each morning, which is a rarity these days! Throughout the entire process, Vasile maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way and treated our home with care! The teams professionalism was evident in the meticulous way he handled the installation, paying attention to every detail and ensuring everything was done to the highest standard.

The final result exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning system works flawlessly, providing the perfect climate control for our home. Vasile's dedication to his craft and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I couldn't be happier with the service from Electrum Electrical and would highly recommend Vasile to anyone in need of expert electrical services.

Vasile was just one of 6 companies that I had visit and quote for the job - so taking on this project was not done lightly.

Thank you, Vasile, for making this a seamless and positive experience!

Electrum Electrical re-wired our whole house during an extension project. They were tidy, fast, efficient, pleasant and kept us informed of pricing all the way through the project. Excellent to work with, completely trustworthy

Vas was an excellent recommendation from a friend. He has undertaken various electrical tasks in my home and not once have I had the need to complain! He took great care and pride changing my gas hob to a new electrical hob. He ensured his work is complete to perfection. One factor about Vasile is that he is honest and does not corners - he doubled, tripled checked to see with various equipment and machinery to ensure the gas pipe is completely cut off, allowing myself and himself to have a piece of mind. He also was flexible and was able to use alternative strategy as the job was not as easy as we thought it would be but it showed Vasile can adapt strategically. Now I have an amazing new electrical hob, I can’t wait to cook! Thank you, Vas!

We've used Electrum Electrical three times now. Each time we've impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I particularly like that we get a quote for work sent through the same day as a visit, which vastly speeds up the process.

Quick response, high quality work, competitive price, I would highly recommend.

I contracted my kitchen electrical installation to a company that messed it up and abandoned it.
Vas stepped in and rewired the entire ground floor and made sure all that was needed was in place, including the earth.
The is very professional, trusted and friendly.

I had a seemingly impossible project of upgrading a 1980s kitchen into a commercial one meeting modern standards. Vas and his team made it look easy, installing a multitude of switches, running three phase power, relocating lights and installing an extractor in just a couple of days. They left the site tidy, and even gave a few helpful pointers for the other work we had to do. Fantastic company, and will definitely use them again for another project

Attended to my needs in reasonable time. Good customer service. Professional approach and excellent problem solving skills.

Vas installed flood lights front and back of my house and installed security system. Very efficient, clean and expert job done by him. Friendly, fantastic time keeping and lovely to have a chat. Definitely I'll be using Vas for all my household electric jobs in future.

Arrived promptly. Did an excellent job. Charged a good price. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a good local electrician and knowing how hard it is to find a good and quick, we call Electrumelectrical, and within the hour they arrived. They gave us a reasonable quote. They carried out the work that was necessary in the flat and even cleaned after themselves.
Would recommend them to any one look for a good local electrician.
