We completely understand that additional costs like VAT and customs fees are not a pleasant surprise. We do state this in our policies, but we also acknowledge that it could be communicated more clearly during the checkout process.

That said, we do have some good news for both you and future customers: we have recently managed to significantly reduce these fees. If VAT/customs are applied today, they are typically capped at around 500 SEK, which is much lower than before. At the same time, our prices remain generally lower than many of our competitors.

For customers who want to avoid VAT/customs entirely, we also offer an alternative: express shipping. With this option, the watch is shipped directly from our warehouse in Japan, making it around 10 days faster than standard shipping—and completely free of VAT and customs charges.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that you liked the watch!

It does not say on the website that the watch was in stock. We understand that it may have seemed a bit confusing, and we apologize for that. The shipping information clearly explains how delivery works. If the watch is not a pre-order, it is marked with, for example, “2–7 days delivery”.

Sometimes delays can occur during shipping that are outside of our control, such as customs processing or holidays.

Regarding Klarna, the invoice is created automatically when the order is placed, but it is possible to pause or extend the payment in the Klarna app if the item has not yet been received.

Når det gjelder urverket: dette er en automatisk klokke, noe som betyr at den trekker seg selv opp gjennom bevegelsen av håndleddet. Dersom klokken ligger stille over lengre tid, eller ikke får nok bevegelse i løpet av dagen, vil den gradvis stoppe opp eller gå litt bakover. Dette er helt normalt for mekaniske urverk. Vi anbefaler å riste klokken forsiktig i noen sekunder eller bruke en watch winder for å holde den gående.

Når det gjelder kronen, har vi tidligere forklart hvordan den skal håndteres. Den skal skrus forsiktig inn etter justering for å sikre at den sitter riktig.

Om du likevel ikke er fornøyd med produktet, anbefaler vi å returnere varen, så hjelper vi deg gjerne videre med bytte eller refusjon.
