Absolutely perfect product quality and service. [Through my own stupidity the Washing Machine appeared not to work. They immediately offered a replacement or refund but fortunately I discovered my error before this happened] Delivery was when requested and on time. One slight quibble is that the delivery drivers were surly and unhelpful.

I cannot fault them. Fridge at a really great price, arrived quickly fully packed in perfect condition.

Find me a better place for all your electronic & white good needs and you'd be wrong. Excellent service and not beaten on price. kitted out my whole house. Went for a toaster, came out with everything. Delighted.

Moved house recently and needed to kit it out with everything. Elek Direct to the rescue! Fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, 2 tvs and a huge saving. Thank you very much! The guys in the shop were all really helpful and I’m very grateful to my friend who recommended I try here before anywhere else. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger “I’ll be back”

Bought a fridge at a big discount. Had a little scratch, but all working fine.

Delivery guys were great. Very friendly & took away my old model.

Ordered a washing machine from Elek Direct and I'm so pleased with the service I received. I was recommended Elek Direct by a friend who had bought a fridge freezer with a significant discount so I gave it a go for my new washing machine. So pleased I did! Got a nice little discount and the machine is spotless, delivery men were really polite - will definitely use again in the future

Bought a new Hoover washing machine via the guys at Elek who were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a great price and also were able to arrange delivery for me. Great service, would highly recommend.

Bought a couple of integrated appliances from elek direct on the basis these are NEW products which have damaged which means they can't be sold on AO.com. What I can say is that from my experience they have sent me a used product. It works fine, but I didn't buy a used product. There is a foot from the dishwasher snapped in the machine with the broken half thrown in the box with it. There are no instructions, just the dishwasher. To be honest, that's wound me up. I emailed to receive a passive aggressive email back with no denial that this item has been used. As far as I'm concerned, I've been sold a used product which has been marketed as a new product with cosmetic damage and I'd like a manager to explain to me why that has happened. They have offered me a full refund, but given that I've spent time removing the broken foot, installing the machine using a block of wood as one foot and fitting the door, it's not really acceptable now.

To sum up, elek direct is fine if you're happy you're buying a used/returned item. That isn't what they are telling you they are selling though.

Don’t be charmed by the glossy website and cheap prices. Paid for a fridge and chosen day delivery. Was updated multiple times about delivery slot to then receive a call to say it didn’t fit in the van so they didn’t bother bringing it. Took a day off work to wait in, total waste of time and money, don’t bother with them!

The folks at Elek Direct know their stuff. I've been ordering from them and my orders always arrive on time & complete.

just had saturday delivery of bosche washing machine .after taking off packaging found that there was water within drum and pipes .The manufacturers book was in the drum and had already been opening and the booklets were soaking wet and currently drying out .Also a torn off black sticker mark on the top .It occurs to us that we have been sent a reconditioned or returned model hence the water .Can not speak to shop until monday .

To only be able to give a delivery slot 7am - 7pm in this day and age is really not good enough. This is 2025 not 1985!!

I ordered online 8 days ago, i have not recieved my order. The contact number doesn’t work, it just ring and rings and rings. i finally received an email response saying a courier would contact me - they haven’t.
Reading through the other reviews here i must conclude they are fake

I tried to order an item online but it said that they would not deliver to my postcode please contact Elekdirect.
I rang the company explained the situation, they asked for my postcode, I supplied it and the reply was "do you live in Northern Ireland" to which I replied "yes", he then replied with " oh we don't deliver to Northern Ireland, we only deliver to mainland UK"
Several things here to point out:-
1. It says on their website "Free UK delivery"
2. Northern Ireland is part of the UK
3. There is no such thing as "mainland UK or even mainland"
4. If you don't include Northern Ireland, why not?
5. Your website should say Great Britain.
Once again residents of Northern Ireland and parts of the Scottish Highlands are being left out simply because of where they lived.

So Elektech why not get in contact with customers who want to buy from you and supply the service to them that everyone else gets

Was in and out of the shop very quickly . Very good service not pushy atall but very helpful . Got a brand new washer £100 cheaper than anywhere else in perfect condition . They even put it in our car . No waiting just picked it up there and then . Definitely worth a trip !

Incredibly easy process, great item with an additional discount to match other vendors. Friendly and helpful staff! Will be returning again!

This was my first time ordering online with ElekDirect. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer service was first class. James in particular is a credit to the company, proactively resolving an issue with delivery. I'd be more than happy to purchase again with ElekDirect.
