Movers arrived on time and did a quick pickup, the delivering was also speedy without any hiccups. Overall moving service was five star and due to their kind attitude, I will wholeheartedly recommend Elephant Removals to anyone moving home.

AWFUL is an understatement. Do NOT use this service. They damaged most of my furniture and will not pick up my calls or respond to my emails despite telling me that they were fully insured before I booked. They took payment in advance and the movers had no regard whatsoever for my belongings. In the process of filing a police report and taking legal action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The minute the guys arrived I could see they had no experience and were totally unprofessional (no tape dispensers, no tools). I had done most of the packing myself, so they had the minimum to do, but they were SO slow and SO disorganised I finally got rid of them at THREE OCLOCK IN THE MORNING and like a previous reviewer, I had to get another company to finish the removal because they didnt even load up all the boxes. I have moved probably twenty times in my life and I have NEVER seen such incompetence. Thank goodness my son was there to help or they wouldnt even have completed what they DID do. Absolutely outrageous.

Their customer service from start to end was excellent.
I had to change the dates due to my builders and elephant removals were accommodating with no problem at all.
During the move we had to do extra round and I did not realise I had so many items, so they did it without and any fuss.
