I’ve had an excellent experience with Elevate Fitness and Nutrition! My health and fitness have never been better, but more than that I’ve been able to maintain the changes as I now understand what my body needs and how to meet these in a way that suits my lifestyle. Rhianna was fantastic at listening to and understanding my circumstances and goals and guiding me consistently maintain and reflect on my progress, what worked, what didn’t, and working with me to find ways to reach my goals. As much as this was a fitness and nutritional journey, I also learnt a lot about my decision making around overall health and fitness, and I now feel empowered and educated to continue my fitness journey.
