We are still in the process of setting up our plugin but I wanted to write a quick review about the excellent support service we are getting. Each of my questions, no matter how basic or complex, is answered quickly, in full detail and giving us a full working solution. If this is indicative of the support we can expect from ELEXtensions then I'll be very happy.

I was very happy with how quickly he was able to answer my questions and I love the screen share so that he could walk me through step by step. I didn't reach out to them for an issue on their end, it was confusion on my end. They got me taken care of very quickly.

We've been using the Australia post address validation plugin for a few months now. Great plugin and so useful for a small business. Had a few issues with shipping rates, but after speaking with Dixit and the team, they were able to rectify the issue. I always feel supported when speaking with Dixit and he always finds a way to solve the issue.

We've been using ELEX's WooCommerce Address Validation & Address Autocomplete Plugin for over a year - it's been a great experience. I recently had to contact support, and the response time was excellent. Highly recommended!

I was unable to create bulk variations for my products. After a few email exchanges where they were reactive, the support offered me a video meeting, where I was able to share my screen and show my problem.
