I honestly believed that my money invested (£10K) in Westway Holdings had been lost but excellent contact work by the Elite Chambers (Dan Khan and Sarah Allcroft) resulted in me believing that I might get some back. They kept me in the loop(s) and eventually when the FSCS processed the claims I received the majority of my investment returned

I contacted Elite Chambers to help me recover money lost in a financial scam a number of years ago. I spoke with Sami who explained the process and took my details in a friendly and professional manner. I've been in touch with Elite Chamber's over the last couple of years as they were dealing with a complicated miss sold investment on my behalf.
They have kept me updated continuously and always responded to my queries quickly and efficiently. I have today received a great result due to their hard work and I'm very happy indeed!

I got in touch with Elite Chambers in 2020 with regards to what I thought to be an mis sold investment I had made in 2018. They took on my case under a no win no fee scenario. I was kept informed through out the process, which I must admit has been a long drawn out process, the FSCS kept wanting more and more documentation, anyway the wait was worth it and yesterday I received the compensation for the Investment.
My thanks to the staff at Elite for all they did for me, especially Skye and Dan who were like a dog with a bone, never giving up. THANK YOU so much.

I am writing this after a disastrous 19 month wait to only then find out that someone actually closed my case without questioning me about anything to do with the case.
In the meantime I was getting regular monthly emails advising me that “we are still working on your case and that you are not required to do anything at this point.
We will continue to update you regularly on the progress of your case and contact you if we require any further information from you.”
After 15 months of the above I finally contacted Elite in early December ’24 to enquire where they were with this and why was it taking so long, only to be told that it was closed back in Feb ’24. I am still awaiting a response as to what went wrong here and why wasn’t I contacted at all during this period. That’s almost another 2 months now !!!
I was back in touch with the Company that I was taking action against regarding another issue and they stated that they had no legal action taken against them in my name.
I would give Elite a high negative score if possible.
I am a retired C.A. and in my time have dealt with numerous firms of solicitors but Elite are by far the worst with dreadful communication …apart from the monthly emails saying that we are still working on your case”... which of course they weren't.
I am now starting legal action against them.

My claim with Elite Chambers has now been running for nearly 2 years.
They haven't given an update since April last year.
I will NEVER advise anyone to use this service, it's a waste of my time.

You are charging alot 30%, and at the end Customers still loose money as the fees are higher.

Got in touch with Elite Chambers about a mis sold pension. Did not think I could get anything out of it. Although It took a long time the result was really good. I can't thank the solicitors enough. Very professional. I recommend them to anyone.

I have an ongoing claim with Elite Chambers regarding a pension claim. It has taken over 3 years to date, but I am still hopeful for a good result. They always update me when there is an update but I am still being patient.

I have approached Elite Chambers to enquire about investegating investment shares case i have fill in the necessary forms to present my case to the FCFS. My application was submitted with the help of sami and became successful after a very short period and my refund payment was received within 4-5 months of submitting my claim to their Finance department.
