Excellent claim, professionally managed by James Baker and Team

An excellent result with a significant amount of money back on a pension claim. Elite kept me informed all the way but used barely any of my time once we had started the claim. To be honest I was starting to lose hope after the claim was initially refused but James B and Elite kept going and I eventually had a very nice surprise as I got more than i was ever hoping for.

Extremely professional and diligent. I was kept informed of each development in my case up to conclusion. James was very efficient and professional responding to emails promptly.

When they informed me that I might have been missold one of my pensions , I was surprised but agreed for them to pursue a claim. They made it very simple and Jemma kept me well informed during the process. The claim was rejected which I sort of expected, but after a short while Elite informed me that they were going to appeal the decision and to my surprise Jemma phoned me and told me that they had won the appeal to the tune of over 50% of the original payout .

I was contacted by James Baker of Elite Chambers after my pension transfer advisor ceased trading in 2021.
