Followed Tanner Chidester for years - resonated with his message/perspective/authenticity. i've had many other coaches with the goal to scale but NEVER has it been so successful working with Tanner's team (& still get access to Tanner weekly in their Next Level program.) 14.5X ROAS on first launch together. Next Level is next level - coaches & team are extremely experienced. Be ready to work, trust the process. Highly don't recommend for beginner fitness coaches. This was guru as hell. My experience with this is cookie cutter as hell. I got thrown into a CRM, to a mentor who has never been a fitness coach before so it is the blind leading the blind essentially. Never got told how to post content, use DM Scripts that didn't even sound like natural conversations which left me spinning my wheels. There is no accountability side to it at all, just a couple "checking in on how you doing", and even when i do reach out it takes forever for a response to get back. There isn't even a community of fitness coaches so you can't really relate to anyone. This is a 1 type for all program that you don't even get to surround yourself around with. Too add on top of that, i was told to go on sales and sell logically which doesn't make sense because fitness is supposed to an emotional sale as trying to get in shape deals with emotions, like this was silly. Maybe if you're b to b, but definitely not a fitness coach...

Tanner is amazing!! And the whole team that we worked with in elite CEOS. Tanner is very good at sales. When we started working with him, we had no sales team. Now we are up to 6 sales reps who all perform well because Tanner has helped me with scripting as well as all the processes of ramping them up.

We have been able to 5x our business within one year. When we started, we enrolled about 20 clients per month. Now we enroll at least 100 a month. We are able to change so many more lives!!

Not to mention Tanner just has the drive to help others. He's always quick to reply and willing to help. Very motivated and knowledgable.

I was chatting with Tanner for years before I joined his program. For some reason the timing was never right and I was working with another coach. This is a good example why building relationships works in business. When the time was right I joined Eliteceos. Tanner is one of the people i truly respect and look up to in the industry. I love the fact that even though he is rich and successful he promotes discipline over lifestyle. Even though i didn't directly worked with him as my coach, I got assigned to a great coach Mac. My experience with programs that you get assigned to other coaches was not positive until now. Mac knows what he is talking about and is always super helpful with daily support and guidance. I went to the Elite CEOs event in Miami. It was so good, I learnt lots of new stuff I've already applied in my business & met a tonne of really amazing & inspiring people. The event was super well planned & organised. Definitely worth the trip from the UK!

Tanner is hands down the best coach I have ever had! He is to the point and doesn't teach new things every week. He sticks to the basics and help you stay focused to win! I was stuck at 25k months until Tanner suggested the most simple tweak ever and suddenly I started making 50k months and now I am at 80k months. And don't mistake this for another business coaching program, because he has helped me hire better, upgraded my systems, removed risks from the business, supported my ads, introduced me to all his vendors including his finance teams and has added so much value to the overall enterprise that its crazy! He is prompt, no BS and most importantly a beast of a businessman. His no-fluff approach is refreshing after having worked with so many fluffy coaches.
