First time ordering and it was GREAT ! My husband loved his hoodie.. I did have a question on my order and I was responded quickly ! Def will be ordering again !

After Elite read my review they completely redeemed themselves. They made everything right and sent me a replacement which fit way better. Just note that these sizes run small so just up your size by one. The graphic still needs some improvement, but I am confident their graphic quality will get better over time. Super happy with my hoodie though!

One of the most professional and helpful companies I have ever dealt with. They helped me with my issue fast and effectively and were polite and professional during the process. The quality of the hoodie I ordered was so thick, warm and soft, perfect during this cold weather I will definitely be buying from here again!

Overall the product is very nice quality the turnaround times and packaging could be better (Elite clothing should have elite packaging)

The quality of the shirt is great and I'm really happy with my order. My only negative thing was that my shirt didn't even get dispatched until about 5 weeks after purchase but I had a great response from the customer service team. I would definitely buy again, these shirts & hoodies are great and I can't wait to see the other designs!

For full disclosure, the first two t-shirts I ordered it was almost as if the printer ran out of ink, ELITE replaced these shirts for me and the ones sent are perfect.
