Ich war Anfang Januar diesen Jahres zur Haartransplantation bei Elithair in Istanbul und bin völlig begeistert über die so vollkommen durchorganisierte Behandlung, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das zwischen zeitlich so tolle Ergebnis!
Ich habe schon zwei Freunden die Empfehlung gegeben , sich dort auch behandeln zu lassen und diese sind auch völlig begeistert!

I went to their clinic in Turkey and it is pure mass processing from start to finish. You feel like cattle the entire way through. They will proudly tell you how many procedures they perform every day — hundreds — which makes you wonder where exactly they find all this "qualified" staff. Some patients have suggested they've started giving taxi drivers crash courses to train them up, because the actual procedure is very long and laborious and requires a lot of hands. During the entire process, you see a doctor for less than five minutes — and certainly not the great expert Dr. Balwi, whose name is on all the products they try to sell you. He is probably sitting somewhere in the Caribbean counting his money (good for him!).

For me, 18 months after the procedure, there was virtually no visible difference. I spent a lot of money and went through a lot of discomfort for little to no result.

I then called them on the guarantee they emphasise so heavily when selling you the procedure — but it is a hoax, of course. They will claim they said from the beginning that success chances are moderate. Would I really have spent that much money for moderate outcomes? Of course not. They told me I was the ideal candidate, that I had enough donor hair, that the procedure would be very effective, and that in the unlikely case it didn't deliver the results I desired, I could rely on the peace-of-mind guarantee they offer.

Well, I called them on that promise. Their response, in a nutshell: "Sorry, no guarantee for you — but we can offer you a 10% discount on your next procedure with us." 😅

So think carefully before going with them. It might work out for you, but if it doesn't, know that there is no such thing as a guarantee — no matter what they tell you during the sales process.

Here is their response to my warranty claim:
"During the examination, it was explained to the patient in detail that the density expected for areas 3 and 4 would be moderate, while lower density could be achieved in the crown region (assessed as areas 5 and 6) due to donor capacity and anatomical structure. It was also clearly stated that the crown region structurally requires more grafts and that achieving high density in a single session is often not possible; therefore, a second session may be necessary for densification in the future. Over the past year, the graft retention rate has reached approximately 85%, which is considered a successful and acceptable result from a medical perspective. The overall appearance was evaluated in line with the pre-operative planning and expectations communicated to the patient, and a noticeable increase in density was clearly observed, especially in the middle and crown areas. It was stated before the operation that the result would be weak in the crown area. The current result is generally considered successful, exceeding expectations. The patient's feedback indicates dissatisfaction with the results and a request for correction. However, upon reviewing the photographs sent for evaluation, it is understood that the images were taken under intense light and with wet hair. Such photographs do not provide reliable results for medical evaluation; because in wet hair, hair strands stick together, causing the hair density to appear lower than it actually is. Similarly, photographs taken under strong, direct light make the scalp more visible, creating a misleading impression regarding density. In contrast, photographs taken with dry hair and in more natural lighting conditions show the increase in density and the overall change in the transplanted areas much more clearly and satisfactorily. Therefore, the results obtained cannot be considered within the scope of the warranty.
Although it is not within the scope of the guarantee, as the Elit Hair family—who always prioritizes patient satisfaction—we can apply a 10 % discount on pigmentation"

Ich hatte ein sehr nettes Erstgespräch mit Frau Huda, welche mir alle Fragen sehr gut und kompetent beantworten konnte.

Gutes Aufklärungsgespräch. Gut und klar strukturiert und sehr gut aufgeklärt.

Die beste Klinik in der Türkei

J’ai été opéré chez Elithair à Istanbul le 30 avril dernier. Tout s’est bien passé, je n’ai pas souhaité avoir la méthode sleep deep, mais pour autant je n’ai pas eu de douleurs, mise à part 2min sur les premières piqûres d’anesthésie qui ne sont pas agréables, mais très supportables. Pour le reste aucune douleur.

J’ai été très bien accueilli, mais je m’y attendais. Là où je suis davantage surpris c’est sur le suivi post-opératoire qui est excellent ! Hors week-ends, il y a toujours une réponse de la clinique dans la journée ! J’ai eu quelques excès de sébum il y a peu, c’est même eux qui sont parfois venus vers moi pour me demander des nouvelles et des photos. Donc parfait !

Pour les résultats je reviendrai faire commentaire dans 6 mois - 1 an, car pour l’instant je ne suis qu’à 4 semaines après l’opération.

Ich bin heute an Tag 12 nach meiner Haartransplantation bei Elithair und möchte meine rundum positiven Erfahrungen teilen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur heutigen Nachsorge lief alles hochprofessionell ab.

Beratung & Vorbereitung
Das Erstgespräch in Deutschland war sehr zeitnah und informativ. Dass die genaue Graftanzahl erst nach der präzisen Haaranalyse vor Ort bestimmt wird, ist absolut sinnvoll. Im zweiten Gespräch wurden mir noch Zusatzoptionen (Chefarzt-/Ozon-Behandlung) angeboten; hier war die Bedenkzeit für eine direkte Entscheidung zwar etwas kurz, aber der anschließende WhatsApp-Support hat alle Fragen immer blitzschnell und super hilfreich geklärt.

Ablauf in der Klinik & Organisation
Die Organisation in der Türkei ist ein absolutes Highlight: Abholung im VIP-Shuttle, Ankunft in der Klinik und danach ein reibungsloser Ablauf praktisch ohne Wartezeiten. Die Voruntersuchungen (Bluttest, EKG, Ultraschall der Kopfhaut etc.) griffen nahtlos ineinander. Das gesamte Team war extrem freundlich. Da bei Bedarf sofort ein Dolmetscher bereitstand, gab es zu keinem Zeitpunkt Verständigungsprobleme.

Nachhaltige OP-Planung & Eingriff
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das OP-Planungsgespräch. Es wurde sich viel Zeit für meine Wünsche genommen, aber auch medizinische Limitationen klar aufgezeigt. Es wird sehr nachhaltig geplant, um den Spenderbereich (Donor) maximal zu schonen, falls in der Zukunft noch eine weitere OP nötig sein sollte – das hat mir ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Die OP selbst war dank „Deep Sleep“ absolut schmerzfrei. Wenn man doch mal etwas spürte, wurde sofort feinfühlig nachbetäubt. Das anschließende Essen tat nach dem langen Sitzen und Liegen sehr gut.

Nachsorge & Fazit
Der Rücktransfer und der Flug verliefen reibungslos. Für die Pflege zu Hause sind die Elithair-App und das Infobuch eine riesige Unterstützung. Natürlich ist es ein medizinischer Eingriff, und moderate Schmerzen oder Juckreiz in den ersten Tagen gehören dazu – mit ein paar Tagen Urlaub ist das aber völlig aushaltbar.
Ich habe mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt, der Service war erstklassig und ich blicke dem Endergebnis voller Vorfreude entgegen!

Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen, sehr Nett, unkompliziert, freundlich, modern, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Gespräch war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Man hat sich ernst genommen und gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Gleichzeitig war spürbar, dass ein Verkauf oder ein Angebot im Hintergrund stand, was aber offen und höflich vermittelt wurde. Insgesamt eine positive Gesprächserfahrung mit wertschätzender Atmosphäre.

Alles ist perfekt organisiert. Die Ärzte und Dolmetscher kümmern sich optimal und arbeiten absolut professionell. Das Op Team war unglaublich professionell und einfühlsam. Das gesamte Klinikpersonal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Und auch in der post operativen Phase wird man durch die App und das Customer Care Team zu jeder Zeit absolut perfekt unterstützt und begleitet.
Alles in allem war es einfach perfekt von Anfang bis Ende.

Es war von anfang an Transparent augezeigt, wann mich welche Schritte erwarten. Die Betreung vor Ort verlief einwandfrei. Ich wurde ohne Stress und wenn nötig mit Dolmetscher Begleitung durch die Prozesse geführt und bei Fragen steht jederzeit eine Ansprechperson bereit. Es ist wirklich gut organisiert ab Pre-Tests bis zur Abschlussbesprechung.

Sehr professionell... hab ich mich von anfang bis schluss wohl gefühlt.
