I was under the impression i was buying from a British firm Bennett and Ivy Kensington. I received an acknowledgement from them and Nora and Ellie Toronto Canada. However the goods come from China. This is not made clear on the original site and I would not have ordered had it been made clear

The shoes are made in China and are cheap looking and made of low-grade materials. The advertising is chic but the product is NOT! When I wanted to return the shoes, I could not, even though the small print claims one can return any product with 30 days, no hassle. I went back and forth with an employee via email and she/the company claims that I could not get a refund due to the shoes being “on sale” though she could not produce proof, not even a screenshot of this “fine print”. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not advise anyone to shop with this company…that appears to be SO Canadian, but it NOT!

I ordered clothing from Ella & Nora (also operating under “Bennett & Ivy Kensington”) through a Facebook advertisement, believing it was a Toronto-based store. This turned out to be very misleading.
The items were shipped using YunExpress from overseas, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. The sizing was completely inconsistent — I ordered XL, but some items were too small while others were too large.
When I contacted customer service, they responded politely but were not helpful. Their response was simply that I should have read everything carefully, and that they are not responsible for the issue.
This shows a lack of transparency and accountability. Important details like shipping origin and accurate sizing should be clearly communicated before purchase.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company. Please be cautious.

This dress is actually really flattering without trying too hard. The fabric feels nice and not cheap at all. Wore it out once and already got asked where it’s from. Def a good find.

Honestly such a smooth experience overall. Ordered late at night and everything just worked, no confusion. The piece fits really nicely and feels comfortable even after hours. Shipping was on time too which I appreciate.

I like how simple everything is on the site, no overload of options or pushy popups. Just scroll, pick, done. The top I got feels soft and sits well on the body. Packaging was neat too.

Do not buy from this company! Poor quality and will not allow you to return or provide a refund!!! Also trade under the name Bennet and Ivy! AVOID at all costs

Such an easy outfit piece. No thinking needed, just wear and go. It’s soft, comfy and looks good with literally anything.

Junk. The shoes look like they are from a dollar store. I tried to cancel the order but was told they could give a 10% refund on $94. Other wise I can pay shipping and customs and it wouldn’t really be worth it. Don’t waster your money

I didnt expect to wear this top this much but here we are lol. It’s just so easy to throw on and still look put together. Soft fabric and no weird fit issues either. Kinda love it.

Got this on a random scroll and didnt expect much but its actually really nice. Stitching looks clean and nothing feels rushed. I had a small question and support replied pretty quick which was nice. Feels like a brand that actually cares a bit.

Was a bit unsure about sizing but it turned out perfect. Fits just right and doesn’t feel tight anywhere. Been wearing it for long hours and still comfy. Only thing is delivery took a lil longer but not a big deal tbh.

The fabric isn't itchy or thin, the finish is durable, and the fit is exactly as described.
