Was going to order from this company but something seemed off and based on these reviews thank goodness I didn’t!! I did get ripped off (was tricked) however, earlier this year by another company (same deal) called ELEVEN FOREST that copied an American site. After a few weeks of back and forth emails I searched the company and found out it was a scam from scammers in China. One reviewer had previously posted you can contact your credit card company to report and investigate, so that’s what I did and I am waiting to hear.

If I could give this website 0 stars, I would.

Everything about this experience was terrible. The clothes were extremely cheap quality and nothing like what was advertised.

The return policy is ridiculous and misleading. The website gives the impression that the company operates out of Montreal, but when I followed their return instructions exactly as provided, I was told to ship the items to China. After paying to send the package internationally, Chinese border security rejected it and it was returned to me.

Trying to get a refund has been an absolute nightmare. After weeks of waiting and back-and-forth emails, they only refunded $15. When I followed up about the remaining amount, they responded weeks later saying:

“I’m really sorry for the delay. To assist you further and ensure the remaining refund is processed, may I kindly ask for your PayPal email address? Due to some system enhancements, we’ve encountered a slight delay in our process, and I will ensure the rest of the refund is sent via PayPal as soon as possible.”

This makes no sense, since I paid by credit card, not PayPal.

Between the poor quality products, misleading location information, complicated international returns, and extremely difficult refund process, I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Very poor refund process. Simply requested a full refund of original purchase. Many e-mails back and forth for several days only to be offered a replacement item with the shipping cost ($19.99) to be covered by me. Unacceptable!

There isn’t an option for “no stars”. This company is a sham. The dress I ordered that looked gorgeous on the model was exactly the opposite. Poor quality fabric. Poorly made. And when I went to return it, it had to go back to “Asia”, costing twice as much as the original purchase. It is not a Montreal/Canadian company. It is a complete scam.

Thinking this was a Canadian company was my mistake. I should have read the reviews. Cheap quality coming from China (Temu quality) and sizes were WAY off. Bought a 3X and it would be tight for a large. Was supposed to be a gift. If I had only paid $25 bucks for everything I ordered it would still have been too much. DO NOT BUY

If I could give a zero I would. Do not purchase any clothing from this site. It is fraudulent in its claims and the return process is terrible. They start offering 10% refund then 20% then 30% and I am sure people just give up- I did.i bought a T-shirt for $60 and it was poor quality and I would never wear it.

This company is far from Canadian Clothing gets shipped from China
The shit they are selling is overpriced Temu clothing. Returning items is a nightmare. This is what they have posted on their website

After receiving the order, you have 30 days to decide whether to keep the product or return it effortlessly
This is complete BULLSHIT and it’s on your dime to return it back to China
But first they want you to take photos and remeasure everything with photos before they will even consider your return STAY AWAY

The two jackets I ordered for my daughter and myself, the sizes were totally off and did not match the appropriate sizes. Plus the jackets are for the Spring or Fall not appropriate for winter jackets. This company is a SCAM, WITH NO CONTACT NUMBER TO SPEAK TO. SHAME ON THEM , IT'S A FALSE COMPANY THAT'S SELLING ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY FIT TO TH SIZE THAT YOU ORDER. DON'T BOTHER SHOPPING, YOU WILL END UP WAISTING YOUR MONEY !!!!🥶😠😠😡

It’s a scam Chinese company we’ve come to understand. The product purchased in no way matched the online photo. Returning the product was very difficult and long story short we are out the money and the product purchased.

Items not the quality I expected and so small. Not an XL at all. Fits more like a Medium. I believe I paid alot for this item. Buyer beware. I will shop local in the future to be sure what I am getting. Thought this was a Canadian Company.

It is disgusting that I was scammed thinking this site is based in Montreal!!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM them. Inaccurate sizing and when requesting a refund was told to pay for shipping to Asia.

This scam Chinese company has created an entire website called Susan and Ashley based on a lie. They draw you in firstly, by posing as a small local clothing shop in Montreal. Secondly, they play on your sympathies by presenting a story that the owner is going out of business due to unforeseen circumstances. Thirdly, they offer substantial discounts due to the shop closing. It is all a front for a Chinese based business, that is NOT closing. Once you’ve made a purchase, they take your money immediately. The merchandise is not as promised and full refunds are futile. The business is based on a false premise and they need to be stopped. Barb.

SCAMMERS! Ordered 2 items from them a while ago. Ordered according to the “size chart” 🙄. My puff jackets came with sleeves at least 2” shorter than the chart, and the shoulder length 4” shorter. My “oversized” knit sweater came knitted with a thin polyester thread(see through)… not even close to the products pictured online. I contacted customer service. Was offered 3 options:
1. Keep the products, they’d send me the correct sizes in both items. I’d have to pay $19.95 EACH item for shipping 🤔
2. Partial refund 20% and keep the items
3. Return for FULL refund. BUT I’d have to pay shipping back to CHINA, as well as customs fees in ASIA.
Needless to say, they are NOT a Canadian Company. I’ll think twice about ordering local ever again. I should have came here to read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

I waited almost a month for clothes that say Canadian owned. “Montreal” in the title. Cheap China made clothing for way too much money and the jacket I paid for didn’t even come only the over priced “sweat suit” that I wouldn’t have looked at in a store for the 70 percent off price I paid. Beyond disappointed ☹️

This is NOT a Canadian company. Quality is horrible! Returns are to be shipped to ASIA at YOUR expense. Still waiting for my weak measley refund of 20%. Been over two weeks waiting. I highly doubt I will ever see it. PLEASE do not support this site. You WILL regret it!!!! Nasty customer service. Wait wait for your order. Then be disappointed. Then NO refund!!!

The items took over two months to arrive. It was too small and not as advertised. The quality of the material is very poor. I will not be ordering from this company again.
