Superb company to deal with.
Ordered fabric online and address defaulted to my previous address through my phone.

Contacted them via email seconds after Id realised after checking order details with updated address and hoping they could update to it. Did not expect a response till the following day but it was within minutes I received a txt message saying it would be done.
Absolutely amazed and grateful as it put my mind at rest. Superb customer service.
Would not hesitate to order again in future.

I have just purchased fabric from Ellbee Fabrics and phoned to make sure the fabric would be delivered quickly and was assured it would arrive within 48 hours. Well I was shocked when it arrived within 24 hours and am so delighted with both the quality of the fabric to re-upholster my dining chairs as well as the speed of delivery. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
