Schrecklich keine 3D Figuren Betrug pur. Billiges Farbloses Plexiglas und dann auch noch Spiegelverkehrt Auch bei ähnlichen Shops das selbe Problem.

Son unos estafadores. Te venden un producto como si fuera una figura tridimensional y te llega una figura plana, de metrakilato. Cuando reclamas, te dicen que el cliente tiene altas "expectativas" y si quieres devolver te dicen que lo mandes a china y no por correo express.

Ci sono voluti quattro mesi, per la consegna. Nonostante nella descrizione del prodotto sia specificato in 3D ció che arriva é un cartoncin/plexiglass in 2D con la foto richiesta sopra, pure scolorita. Non buttate i soldi percarità

Beware, its a scam!!!. You dont receive what you paid for, the thing you receive is broken and when you try to contact them, it is impossible to do so. Bunch of p.o.s, mf scammers

Finger weg. Figuren sind nicht in 3D sonder eine billige Plexiglas Scheibe mit einen Bild drin. Sind keine 3 Euro wert. Absoluter Betrug

I cant give 0 stars or I would. I thought I was gonna get a 3-D figurine that I would give to my partner for Valentine’s Day and it ended up to be a piece of plastic with a really bad animation on it and it was definitely not what I paid for now after reading all these reviews, I realize I should never have purchased anything from this company. Do not buy anything from them. It’s garbage quality and you will not get what you paid for

I’ll join the list of very unhappy customers, the figure that they sent me was absolutely terrible. Tried to get a refund , offered me 10% £4 .? Customer service is ridiculous and very frustrating. Please don’t trust this company as you will get no satisfaction from them .

je viens de recevoir mon personnage en 3D .... c est une plaisanterie ! On nous montre des figurines en 3D et on nous envoie une vilaine photo collée sur un plexiglas, c est une arnaque !
Ne surtout pas commander sur ce site !!! ARNAQUE

Do not buy anything from this “company”. Ellret does not send you what is portrayed in the advertisements.
I bought a 3D Ceramic Figurine that was supposed to be custom-made, based off of a photo that I sent to them.
I received a completely different item, which consisted of a printed photo, glued to a piece of plastic.
I contacted customer service and sent a photo of what I received. They came up with every excuse that they possibly could, to not refund my money.

I would give no stars but can’t. Spent 3 months so far trying to get a refund for misdelivered parcel. But they refuse to send me one. Have sent emails from delivery company Yodel to prove that it has been misdelivered also delivery photos. Also screen shot from Ofcom to say they are liable. But still will not send me my refund. Avoid at all cost.

Scam. I ordered 3D figures and after a long delay, I received a 2D photo on plastic.

Hände weg: absolut unseriöse Seite. Es werden 3-D Figuren avisiert aber man bekommt ein billiges 2-D Modell und den Hinweis vom
unterirdischen Support es gäbe nur 2-D obwohl deren Website 3-D anpreist! Ich nenne das schlicht was es ist: Betrug!

Prodotto completamente difforme da quello pubblicizzato. È una truffa in piena regola
