To go on a 2 month trip for the first time, the vehicle was o.k.
Next time I will take a 5th wheeler.

Your staff at El Monte in Las Vegas was always very nice!

Long wait to pickup. The front desk is helpful but slightly rude in his tone. Vehicle in good condition. but very basic. No seat height or car play. Walk through was thorough and patiently explained all question.

it was a great experience. first time on an RV. we had some trouble with a window and they offered to repair it inmediately. the RV was very comfortable. i definetely recomend the company

Very helpful staff, and we were able to check in early. We had an issue with the self-leveling system on the Class A we rented, but their helpline was excellent—they got everything sorted out in under 10 minutes. Used this RV to see Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion.

A experiência de fazer uma viagem dessas foi única, lugares maravilhosos. O atendimento foi muito bom embora sofremos um pouco por ser brasileiros sem saber falar inglês, mas os atendentes foram muitos solicitos e educados. Resumindo ótima empresa.

Driving the RV Class C Van was great! It has everything you need for a comfortable road trip. My only issue was that the speakers never worked, so when we were driving, we had no directions or music, it came out of the speakers like whispers. One adult has to connect their phone for directions, and the other has to navigate and use their phone for music. Other than that, I'd say we navigated the little quirks of using the van, and overall had a great time!

The experience didn’t start very well. As stated on their website, we called a day in advance to confirm the motorhome pick-up time. We arrived at their office at 9:15, as I understood the agreed time to be 9:30. However, the company insisted the time was 1:30. After discussing it with the person in charge, there was nothing we could do, and we had to wait.

In the end, they handed over the motorhome about fifteen minutes earlier than the time they had indicated. Everything else went smoothly and according to what had been agreed.

The vehicle’s radio is of very low quality, and the overall finishes of the motorhome are not great either. This results in a lot of noise while driving. I understand that some noise is normal, but in this case, it felt excessive.

That said, traveling by motorhome is an experience that is absolutely worth it.

We had a great experience with this RV rental company. Everything went smoothly, and the process was straightforward from start to finish.

The RV itself was easy to drive and very well maintained, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Yuridia, who was fantastic to work with. She’s a young, positive professional who was incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It really made a difference having someone so approachable and helpful.

The only small thing we noticed was that the RV didn’t have a cutting board, but aside from that, everything was great.

Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with her and the company. We’d definitely recommend them and would rent again.

Decent RV about 18 months old. It was clean and tidy. Had issues with the house batteries and got them replaced. Still didn't have enough power to operate the slide out at all times. But we managed with it. Staff were good. The RV served a good purpose and we were satisfied.

We loved our RV. It was immaculate! The service reserving, picking up, and dropping off was great. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars, is the generator went out the first night we had the RV. It shortened one of our days at Zion which was very disappointing because we had to take it to their recommended mechanic. If it had not been for that, it would have been perfect. I would definitely rent with El Montey again though!

Excellent experience from Start to finish. Scott who is based in Australia called to discuss some details and also recommended RV app KOA, which we used for several nights. The pick up went smoothly and they bream were very thorough when running through the vehicle features etc. We opted for the drop and go service so literally dropped off and left ( we did clean up inside). Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for pur next road trip, thank you

Quick and easy pick up. Excellent vehicle. Tremendous customer service. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely deal with El Monte if I ever return to Las Vegas for another road trip.

Very nice employees. Had a problem with reserved RV and they quickly gave me a different unit which was an upgrade.

If a ZERO was available, I would give it to them. I am currently awaiting a response from the corporate team. My five-day experience was unbelievably a disaster, the location team had little to no response to my major issues and sent a third party contracted individual at 9:30pm that had zero experience, tools, or parts to even diagnose the issue and after two hours he left. I will give them the opportunity to make it right, if I do not hear from them shortly, I will post the communications and photos.

We had a blast! The RV was great! Kids loved it! Everything worked! Our kids are already asking to do it again! Even our teenagers enjoyed it!

The booking process and staff were very helpful and courteous. The departure and arrival went well. I think a quick start guide to the heating and water would have been handy

On the negative, our biggest issue was that the gray water assembly was in the middle of the van and 3 inches above the ground. This meant that when we had to divert off the highway due to roadworks, the assembly hit a bump, causing the hose to fall out, go under the wheel and rip the entire thing off the truck. I was charged $350 for the pleasure! This is a clear and evident design flaw and should not be a renter expense.
Also, the floor of the rv was notable dirty.
