Dentist gave me a lot of reassurance and information. He dealt with the issue I had very effectively and the assistant was also reassuring. I was very worried before the appointment but it wasn’t as bad as I had imagined !

Punctual, problem fixed in professional, friendly manner.

Dharmesh Barot Was lovely, very thorough and considerate. He answered all my questions in detail and was able to sort out a hygienist appointment straight after my checkup for me

One of the best dental experience I have ever had. Friendly staff, I called on the day, and they fit me in 2 hours later. Professional receptionist, thank you Judith once again. Dr. Barot, thank you very much for seeing me so quick.

Thank you for the ongoing work on the replacement dentures. I hope that the cost is not going over the quote, because the total cost - albeit a necessary one for me - is a large sum out of my limited finances.
There has had to be a lot of repeat work, particularly on the upper impression.

Lengthy wait for appointments despite it being private. Welcoming receptionist. Clean environment. Stage friendly. Perceived skill in role mixed impression. Felt pressured to consider asthetically driven treatment despite making it clear in their initial questionnaire that I wasnt interested. Close walking distance to my home. Well connected to bus 17. Free parking.

As a very nervous patient I was very grateful for a call today allowing me to have my crowns fitted two days early. I am so grateful to everyone at the Elms. Thank you.

Having been a member of the I don't like going to the dentist club for about 30 years; I can honestly say that I might be leaving after my recent experience with Elms Dental Practice. Really nice staff and an excellent dentist in Dr Barot.

I had a terrible experience today at elms dental practice. I was told my appointment would cost £65; however, I was made to pay an additional £40 for scan. Imagine if I hadn't gone with extra money? This is a sharp practice and I am calling them out. I cried knowing the £40 was meant for something else.

A welcoming and inclusive practice with exceptional practitioners and staff.
