1 star just because the customer support was usefull, 0 for the actual boosters.
This will be rather long, but so was my patience with them.
I finished last split in d2 and because I don't have a lot of time to invest in LOL I thought I could use a helping hand to get me back at the division I was, so I could continuue climbing on my own afterwards.
I first placed an order for the placements games( 5 games), after 3 games were my booster almost started flaming me as to "why I do not stick to him" (when he was making dubious calls and got himself and me killed multiple times) and just 1 win he had to leave all of sudden. I got another booster played the other 2 games, 1 win 1 loss.
At this point my placements are done, I get placed in emerald 2, and the booster offers 1 more game for my troubles and the obvious low win rate, I take the offer, we lose I get demoted. 2 wins out of 6 games, in diamond elo with supposedly GRAND MASTERS AND CHALLANGER boosters.
I manage to climb on my own back to e2 with 77 lp, now stupidly I think maybe that order was unlucky and I place another specifically for a booster that has helped me before when split one was reset. Order for e2-d2, duo, 238 Euros (with a 20% discount,I had to ask for mind you, due to the previous order).
It took 10 days with the booster complaining about the elo, the teammates, the fact that duoing makes it harder (even though the roles compliment each other and I stuck to him and his decision making to an idiotic degree at times), I even offered to play a different role, different champs, I had to dodge games (which affected my LP) because we had a troll in the lobby and when I asked the booster if we dodge he did not answer, only for him to get super pissy after I dodged it. I tried asking him if he could maybe play a bit more focused of farming and objectives rather then ganking and skirmishes, since after 50 god damn games together these things were complaints from teammates and it was constantly putting us at a disadvantage, only for him to come up with a rather lame excuse, and getting outscaled and outfarmed by supposedly a much weaker player on the opposing team.At this point I am accommodating and acting like I am the booster. As I said 52 games in, and 9 days later my booster says he is tired and that maybe I should try another booster (which kinda blew my mind, but ok).
I get another booster that night,( he is informed about the situation)we settle on a time for the following day to play, I give him a 30 mins notice before I go online, still I had to wait for over an hour for him to be available. Now this booster plays a different role (after I tell him that he can play what he likes and doesn't need to be on the lane with me) he still picks ADC, then proceeds the first game to constantly go 1v2, which was unbelievably bizarre, we lose the game, 2nd game I try to stick to him we end up giving like 6 kills in 10 min because he would not play safe for 1 second, and then just hugs the tower. At this point I just go and stick with the rest of the team and we do win , my booster still dies randomly on the map, but at least he takes a couple of towers.
Then he messages me if we can continue to play tomorrow, at this point I am beyond pissed off, especially since I made a point of wanting this god damn order done. I tell him if he needs to leave it's ok, but I am getting someone else to which he retorts that he won't get paid for his PROGRESS ( 1 damn win, out of 2 25 min games, 50 mins in total after I had waited for him more then an hour).
At this point I reach out to support hoping beyond hope that there is someone who can help me get the last 5 needed wins to finish the order. Finally a miracle happens, a booster is found, who obviously asks ME if I have a suitable account that he can play from so we can duo, I do not. He supposedly finds 2 accounts, but still has to finish a game, I end up waiting for another hour only for the crowning moment, when the last booster comes and tells me that the accounts have been banned he can't help me and I need to find another booster.
As you can imagine my jaw dropped. So 10 days ,54 games played (24 LOSSES),238 euros and a bunch of boosters I was d3 with 2 lp.
But as the title says the customers support helped throughout what felt like an ordeal,cancelled the order and gave me a partial refund. I think I painted a good enough picture for anyone to makeup their minds before using this service.
