Got a 3 weeks worth of grind within a few hours
The boost was cheap, the support would reply almost immediately each time I had a question, and the guy who boosted me (kruwaze1540) accepted to preserve my account identity by playing my otp whenever it was possible. All of that being friendly and site easy to use. It got me +230 lp within a few games

Not fair, not reasonable, not sorry.
Really stingy. These guys are penny pinchers. 0/10 they know how to play but have terrible customer service
TLDR: I, a customer, wanted what was fair and reasonable but I was treated poorly by "support" and was cold shouldered and turned away. Then bribed after writing a review. They didn't even say sorry, just bribe.
Jamie. You do realise that no where in your message did you say sorry... I noticed that...
Look at your copy paste message, it doesn't say sorry anywhere... it doesn't say you apologise at all... and that's because you aren't sorry. XD
I don't understand. I only wanted what was reasonable and fair. I don't want some stupid offer just because I gave you a review that you deserved. I only wanted to be treated reasonably and to have what was fair. Here is the example:
Customer wants a boost:
Bronze 1 > Bronze 2 (no option for division)
Booster sees customer is Bronze 1 Division 4
It would be fair to boost to Bronze 2 division 4
One substantive rank. It's very simple.
That is fair. That is reasonable.
Boosting from:
Bronze 1 Division 4 > Bronze 2 Division 1
would be unfair and unreasonable.
The same applies for any other division disparity.
I know you can pay per win!
But I didn't realise you would refuse such a simple and fair request from a repeat customer.
It is cheap and stingy and makes no sense especially when Eloking says 100% satisfaction.
You did NOT live up to this standard.
You treated me, a repeat customer, with a lack of care. You cold shouldered me and turned me away. It was just a couple more games and you would have had to do them anyway if I was div 1 at the start of the boost.
And now you offer 10+ games for free.... only as a bribe because I wrote a review?
Maybe just easier to be reasonable and fair in the first place? Instead of this...
I will never use your service again and will be sure to tell anyone I know to look elsewhere simply because of the way I was treated by your "support" not because of the divisions, or the boost, but because of the way you treated me.
You couldn't even say sorry.
Didn't think I could write a review huh? Shame.
