We have used the services of Duncan McFadzean of this firm twice over the past couple of years for a commercial lease, then assignation of commercial lease. I highly recommend his services, he is hugely knowledgeable, professional, gives great advice and kept me calm under stressful circumstances when things didn’t go exactly to plan with third parties! Would have no hesitation using this firm again for these and other services. Competitive fees and great communication.

I was represented by Jeremy Smith at ELP AM for my first time flat purchase. You hear horror stories about dealing with solicitors during a purchase, but Jeremy and ELP were nothing but supportive, informative and proactive. While there were delays, these were never due to them and I was advised of how any changes may affect me as they happened. On top of all that, the pricing was extremely reasonable.
