We have 3rd party liability insuranceâŠ
We have 3rd party liability insurance with Elvia and I asked for a combined quote together with home insurance. It was more expensive than having two separate policies so I emailed customer service and of course didnât get a response. Then I called twice also mentioning that new policy was for 18 months, was told by employee called Luca that he will straight away email me back to confirm that policy is for 12 months and system made a mistake. I was also told that system will recalculate premium once I take out combined insurance and it will be lower. Of course, I didnât get an email and I donât trust anything I was told. I will go to Axa instead as they called me 3 times since I asked for a quote. Shameful absence of customer service and I am sure FINMA would be interested to hear about all these customer abuses.
