Email Octopus makes it easy to stay in touch with my clients without breaking the bank — exactly what I need as I scale up.

quite easy to use for the small number of contacts I have

A brilliant, easy-to-use and understand service, love using it for my author/publishing platform.

EmailOctopus is an excellent marketing tool. There is a bit of a learning curve but EmailOctopus does everything I need it to do for FREE! When I have a question, I send an email and get a response withing 24 hours or less!

Im happy with the facility and ut helps me a lot thx

I have found email Octopus is perfect for the low volume occasional mailshots that I send for charities.
It looks straightforward and it is.
You can schedule on the free version too!
Thanks all - great job!

I changed from a larger, more established email provider because I wanted to support a local supplier and was not disappointed. Excellent service and very competitive price points

Easy and less complicated.
But no undo and redo button, no adding of tables, etc.
Overall is 70% great.

EmailOctopus has all the features I need in my newsletter.

Love it. Easy to use. It's perfect for my small newsletter.

The interface is so easy to use and has all the features I could want! My emails look lovely.

awesome! Simple to use. Easy to Format. All the functions you can want! Took our Missionary letter from a drag to make.. to honestly a little fun! Our readers enjoy the format and the ease of finding all our socials and donation platform.
110% would recommend!

My line dancers love receiving my weekly emails about what we did in class each week. I can include step sheets, videos, & announcements for upcoming events that my seniors can click on right there on their ipad. Once I get a new class email set up it’s easy to tweak it each week and schedule when it goes out. Email octopus is helping me stay in touch with students and I love knowing that they actually open my emails and click on the links to practice at home.

Wonderful interface. Awesome support. I love it

It is user-friendly, straightforward and very capable.

Email Octopus is great, pricing is affordable - we are non profit so keeping costs low is really important to us. We switched from mailchimp as the pricing was too much for us.
It would be great if there were more functionality like subscribers setting their own tags/segments but overall very pleased.

It’s incredibly user-friendly, with great tutorials, live chat, and helpful YouTube videos. As a beginner, I don’t need complicated features; I just want something simple and easy to use, and EmailOctopus is perfect for that!

Easy to use and easy to set up, how good is that? So happy to be here.

Works great! I've used automations, segments, and tags to manage my newsletter list. A great tool for authors.

EmailOctopus makes it easy to send out emails to our Puzzle Jam nonprofit membership and nonmembers with tags, and I love the ability to have drip automations. Another super big plus for us is the open API, so we can hook our membership management platforms to EmailOctopus and have our member/former member tags be automagically changed when we get a member or cancellation. This saves a ton of hands-on time in our nonprofit!
