Providing so many premium features for free is a huge deal for a new email marketer. The free plan is incredibly generous and the platform is very user-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone starting out!

Email Octopus is a fantastic platform for a small business. It offers a great variety of editing options to keep each message looking current.

Fantastic customer service , I had an issue setting up an automation, got overwhelmed and closed down the chat bot , an actual human then emailed me to say they could see I’d exited and did I need any help . They guided me step by step through the process . Highly recommend

I've used EmailOctopus for the last two years and it's so much easier than other platforms. The technology is simple and solid. Works every time, and the reporting is the right amount of information. I love EmailOctopus! The premade templates make it so easy for me to create professional looking email newsletters for my small business and I love that it's so easy to include links for people to book me with ease.

I used Mailchimp for over a decade, and moved to Email Octopus to save money. It has all the features I need, but for way less! Support is good and migrating was easy.

I like setting up the campaigns the only problem I have is that many pp don't see them because they are landing in the social/promotional or spam file. Even though I have a growing list, only 1/5 th of the list actually sees and if they see it, they open. Not sure how to fix this issue.

Been using EmailOctopus for a while now, and its a great way of keeping customers updated. Its easy to use and allows crating templates for great looking emails.

The design portion takes a while to learn, but after that things go pretty well. Except one thing. I can't find the undo button so I often wind up having to rewrite portions of my newsletter after I screw up something.
But the tracking and subscription reports are superb. And 2500 free subscriptions are great too. Eventually I hope to add many more than that. Until then, this works great. I hope I can find the undo button eventually.

The group email service that our voluntary group had used to keep in touch with some 300 contacts over the last ten or more years wanted to charge monthly for the privilege. With very limited funding, we could not afford the charges, and discovered EmailOctopus via an internet search and a reassuring Trustpilot review from another voluntary group. The service we use is free, and a couple of 'campaign' sends were enough to familiarise us with the process. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Information on openings and click-throughs is readily available. We are pleased to have discovered such an efficient, free service and are more than satisfied with the results.

I used to use Mailerlite. Now I only use EmailOctopus. Easy to use, cheaper to use, less bounces for my subscribers. Win Win WIn

Easy to use, easy to send, easy to understand reports. A very simple and functional platform that still looks snazzy.

I've been using Octopus since February and am very happy with it. Adding contacts and creating email campaigns is simple. I moved from Mailchimp as their free version wouldn't allow the higher number of contacts I now have.
