Intuitive, accessible, non-invasive, and compliant. It does the work: landing pages, sequences, campaigns, standalone emails, and more automations. If you are a beginner, I beg you to start here with all my rigorous transparency.
And it can be easily used on n8n and make.com, so don't complain you can't use it for conversions and stuff.

EmailOctopus has been unfailingly excellent since we moved our EDM over to them in 2022.

We really benefited from the import tools for our existing lists, and enjoy their reasonable prices.

Their support is incredibly responsive, effective, and cordial. It gives a very personal feeling of helpfulness.

I once submitted a bug report, and they chased down the problem, fixed it, and let me know when it was done.

I used EmailOctopus Marketing for my campaigns and honestly had a great experience. The platform is very easy to use, fast, and beginner-friendly. Creating and sending campaigns was smooth, and the automation features saved me a lot of time. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a simple but effective email marketing tool.

Be warned: upgrading from the free plan to their paid plans. Free plans allow 2500 emails, but if you need more, you need to upgrade, as I did. My list was 3600 emails. The plans are confusing; you would expect to be able to upgrade more emails, but no, that is not the case. They then took further payment without warning or explanation. After a lengthy conversation with Customer Services, they admitted that the word in is ambiguous to say the least. Read very carefully before you upgrade, as they take money without warning. I have cancelled my account.

I recently switched to EmailOctopus and I LOVE IT! The platform is easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. Also, their deliverability is great! Definitely enjoying the service!

We moved our list over from a much bigger company who gave us no personal service whatsoever. What I like about email octopus is that it has everything I need, at a good price, with very helpful support, and - my favorite - the user interface is perfect for me. Some companies make it so difficult to work with. NOT email Octopus! Very user friendly interface and very supportive support people...just what you want.

The design programme is easy to use and understand; helpful analytics

Very easy to use platform that is also extreemly well priced when comparing against other platforms. I couldnt recommend this service more highly!

The help and assistance is one factor. We were a longtime Mailchimp user and with their recent downgrading of free services they just weren't working for us anymore so off in search I went and found EO and I love it. We're still in the learning stage and haven't actually sent out a newsletter but I'm confident it will go flawlessly. I should also mention their customer service is top-notch. I'm just wowed by it and I know there will be a quick response to any question that I may have.

Great product and team affordable and simple. I can't recommend this app enough - they just have a great product for an affordable price and a nice team. What else is there to say?

Easy to use for maintaining our mailing list, composing and scheduling emails and viewing stats. As a small non profit the free version is just right for us. The scheduled sending of emails is very useful: we can plan for them to go at the best time.

After a lot of research, I found EmailOctopus is the only putative replacement for MailChimp that actually is a good replacement. So far I've found that almost everything I used to do in MailChimp (create and send newsletters to our membership, send emails to targeted segments, manage the member database) I can do just as easily in EmailOctopus.

I love this website so much for creating my email campaign. I use it every day and I don’t know what I would do without it if you’re looking for a platform to send an email and Mass this is the perfect place for you. Definitely recommend coming here to send an email.
