I have been waiting since March 20th for a transfer of a policy. I was told 7-10 business days, nothing happened. Called again...told rep did not initiate the transfer as they were suppose to and to give it 3 business days. Came and wen still nothing. Called in again. Told 7-10 business days. Still nothing after 12 days. Call again...advised they would call me the next day with an update...3 days later still nothing. No response via email. No call back. Absolute HELL to deal with. I would NOT recommend this company to my words enemy. Find a company that values your investment and will call you back and deal with the issues at hand instead of ignoring you. Horrible customer service.

We just found out that my son a university student owes over 4000 from CRA.We called Embark - on hold for over 30 mins - no answer - tried online - the person i was chatting with said he couldn't speak to my son with his questions because he was already talking to me - (?) But he couldn't give me answers.. Because he could only talk to my son ?!!I said hes here - let him answer your questions and let him ask his please. He has never had access to his account - he refused and ended the call. That was it after a hlaf an hour on hold and 15 mins of ridiculous back and forth nonsense. Not the service we were given when we bought in . I have two other children in need of an resp and this company will get none of it.
