When I first ordered my packaged. I needed to change the adress so I did within a few days and they responded saying they changed it. And it's almost been two months no updates or anything. And no way to contact A real person. It's only ever a robot responding and today is said it arrived at my adress but it still delivered at the previous adress. And I don't really have a way to contact a real person

Do NOT order from this company. I placed my order in January 2022 and began asking about my order status in March. I requested to cancel my order in April because I would not receive my clothing in time to wear it with the unit I was with. I've been asking for a refund since May of 2022. They keep saying it is being processed, but they never actually follow through with the refund. What a joke of a business. I've reported them with the BBB. Save yourself the time and money and order from someplace else.

Horrible service and I have not received anything. I been ordered in June and now it’s January lies and lies nothing ever comes. I can’t even get a refund.

After over a year of waiting I never received my items that I ordered. It took nearly two months of constant emails to finally get my money back. But from the sounds of it, I’m extremely lucky to have even gotten my money back. Very unfortunate because the designs of their products would be great to have but they never deliver. Do not order from these people, please do your research before.

Placed an order early December 2021. I promptly received a reply that orders were taking longer to process than normal. I emailed back and forth for 11 months with them about my order. Most times it was “please give us more time, we are trying our hardest to get orders out”. Sometimes they would say they were issuing a refund but I never saw a refund. The email responses felt like they were legitimate versus a scam, but they are at the very least, dishonest and unreliable. Do not do business with this company unless you want to lose your money.

Do not use them. They do not deliver. Emblem Athletic survives off cheating veterans and others by continuing to delay orders until banks are unable to recoup payment from them during the dispute process.

Edit: 26 July 2023 They replied saying they wanted to make it right. I gave all info to allow them to do so. Not surprised that nothing has happened.

Those that give this company 5* ratings are bots. I have been waiting for my 2 hoodies for over a year now and still have yet to receive it. I get offered the right to refund if I do not wish to wait and attempt to take it just to constantly get pushed to another representative each time I inquire about why I havent been refunded. For This company to be “vets” is a honest joke. If they were vets they would have the mindset to get some damn pep-in-their-step and get something done rather than scamming and going bankrupt because of how terrible this Team is at doing business.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered back in April 2021 and have yet to receive my items or a full refund. They are a huge scam and should be out of business.

Complete frauds saying they’re “military friendly and trusted” You should be ashamed of yourselves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order a year ago on Sept 24, 2021. I still have NOT received the order and am still being told by their customer service that it will be 1-4 more weeks. It saddens me to see all these reviews and see that this company has been stealing from people. Again, DO NOT ORDER.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 2 shirts on 07APR2022 and did not receive them until 01SEP2022. The shirts were too small and very uncomfortable. When I reached out to the company to try to return the shirts they ignored me. There goes almost $100 down the drain. This is a garbage company.

So ordered in April 2021 order number 39797, emailed back and forth, same excuses I’ve always gotten, it is now Sept 2022 I’ve went through 2 deployments at this point and this gear still hasn’t shipped or I haven’t gotten any updates on anything

Waited over six months for a order to arrive and have still not received it do not order from them as they will not give you a refund.

I work in the military and our office wanted to support this business since they said they are veteran owned. We submitted our orders in March 2021. We were told the orders would take 6-8 weeks. It has now been almost a year and a half and none of us have received the merchandise we ordered. Emails to the company have gone unanswered. Total rip off!

This is a scam website - doesn’t even seem like a real company… I waited 9 1/2 weeks for an item I never received, so I processed a refund through PayPal.

They will email you back with lies to keep you hoping.. But they’re just hoping you forget and give up so they can keep your money.. I GUARANTEE they will NOT fulfill your order… Try it and find out.

I placed an order for 4 shirts in July 2021. Now July 2022. Just been given the same generic run around. Absolutely horrible experience.

Ordered well over a year ago and never received my item. Requested a status several times and it’s been a series of back and forth but not a good result. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs

Biggest scam company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered my shirts over a year ago and heard absolutely nothing from them. Since April 22 I’ve been trying to get a refund and they just keep ignoring the contact or give me the run around.

Ordered in Nov 2021. Still nothing. All you get from them is a little longer here a few more weeks there. Supply chain here covid there. Terrible company, maybe fraud. I don't know since I don't have any item but they have my money. They tell you no corporate BS but all the answers are corporate BS

I placed my order in December 5, 2021 hoping to get the shirts before Christmas to give as gifts. As soon as I placed the order I received an email that my order would take 4-6 weeks to receive. In February 2022 I sent them an email inquiring about my order, and I received the auto reply that they would get back to me. I then received a response stating that it would be another 4-6 weeks to get my order or I could a refund. I asked for a refund and to make a long story short, it is now June 2022 and after many back and forth emails I still have no shirts or refund.

Ordered in MAR 2021. Still no product. This is a joke and I fell like I got scammed
