Is there a way to give a NEGATIVE 5 star rating?! If so WELL FLIPPIN EARNED! Our fire department made MULTIPLE $200 dollar orders and this company made out like bandits with well over a grand of hard earn money and STILL NO PRODUCT OVER A YEAR LATER!!!! The excuses are given left and right. I would order or trust this company and they need to be investigated claiming to be a veteran related. No self respect service member would ever allow this type of garbage service or excuses. Disgusting and flippin shameful.

Wow I’m coming up on a year 02/19/21 still no shirts, oh wait They screen printed my design on a small piece of canvas and mailed me that… at least I don’t see their social media ad campaigns any more that remind me how I got ripped off!!

Horrible service and they respond with a firm letter not even addressing your question. They charged my credit card in October but no delivery. They want you to “be patient” because they are a small company with ex-veterans. They are not patient with payment. Who charges for something that isn’t delivered.

Do not order from this company. Horrible service

This place is a rip off .for a veteran own business he needs to shut it down.
4 months and I haven't got my order. Just getting the run around and no answer on the email they gave me

I placed three orders, dating March and May. Over 12 items ordered. I have received ONE item. NOT happy. I did managed to get a refund on one item. 8 months of waiting on the rest. No call back. No returned email. I get it....covid. But cmon, customer service.

Placed an order in February 2021 still haven't received it December 20, 2021. I have emailed and sent messages and they have stopped responding. I have reached out many times and gotten nothing for months. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not respond to that either. The only thing I can get is the automated messages. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Orders in march and haven’t received my order. I’ve reached out multiple times and have not heard back from anyone. Do not order from this company.

Horrible Customer service. More than likely A scam. They are definitely giving military companies a bad rap. I would not recommend using this company. They will take your money but good luck getting what you ordered. There are other good Military Vet companies that will use from now on that are reputable and have good service.

They have a 1 star rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). please look there so you aren't getting fake 5 Star reviews from friends and family. This company is terrible.

I normally am not one to write reviews, but I do believe this is warranted. We should address one thing first which most folks are talking about. The shipping time. After placing your order I did receive a heads up saying this will take some time due to Covid as well as supply change issues. Too easy. Fast forward a couple months and still no order or update. No big deal, I will reach out. I reached out to Emblem Athletics and had the pleasure and opportunity to talk to Christie. She was absolutely phenomenal in getting my design updated as well as inquiring in to the statues of my order and getting the address updated. Her responses were genuine, extremely speedy and prompt. Looking forward to the finish product. Cannot say enough about the top notch customer service! I am sorry for those who have had negative encounters but this one was beyond positive.

I really loved that Emblem Athletic used the exact designs I sent them and they were extremely fast with every correction I pushed up to them. They were really patient with my demands and could not have expected better customer service.

I finally received my gear and it definitely what I was expecting. The shirt and the design are of amazing quality. Considering how they provided the exact design I gave them and the quality of the material, 3 months was nothing, I doubt that there's many businesses that do that.

Ordered in February of 2021 and still haven't received my stuff. Super frustrating that this company takes your money, is late (or never sends) the product and doesn't reply to their customers. If I atle was st got a response or update on when I'll receive my stuff I wouldn't be as fed up as I am now. Nobody out of the 25+ people in my squadron have received anything. **HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY**

Christie Anderson was a great help and best customer service. Also to take time to look at the last quality cotton was great and helped by revisiting the issues. I can’t say but thank you for the great quality work and customer service

I placed my order in March and was told that the usual 6-8 week production time was delayed to 10 weeks due to COVID, I understood this and had no issue. Then it had been 14 weeks with no word, then 25 weeks, now we're up to 32 weeks and my order has still not shipped. I have emailed many times, and I did receive a few responses, but many of the responses were just the cookie-cutter COVID is delaying to 10 weeks, even when it was past 10 weeks. The only reason I have not cancelled my order is because I have waited this long already, but I will not be ordering from EA again nor will I recommend it.

Giving "Former Military" a bad name, one order at a time. Order placed in April, followed by a bunch of non-committal emails. Finally agreed to give my money back while still completing my order. Empty promise. Still no shirts, still no refund. Basically a scam site.

Created a store for my platoon and ordered two shirts as examples and to see what the lead time would be. I wanted to give this alleged veteran owned business a try as their business model seemed great being able to order individually and not have to gather funds and place large orders. The design team was extremely helpful all the way up to creating my store…. However once my orders were placed and past the 8 week lead time. Nothing. They have not responded to my emails requesting an update. I’m not sure how many employees they actually have making custom gear but maybe they could afford to hire some more after they conned so many others out of their cash.

It is now January 12 2022. I’ve finally received my gear. Both orders I placed were back in August 2021. It seems they’ve worked through the supply issues and are finally shipping onto orders.
Now for the product. I ordered a shirt in tan 499 to wear under my OCP uniform. The stitching is great and it’s a nice soft poly spandex blend. The logo and artwork look good as well. However the fit is kind of weird. The collar has too big of an opening and makes it look like I’m not wearing an undershirt under my top. Not really that big of a deal, just doesn’t look as good as some of my other ocp dri-fit shirts. As for the fit of the shirt itself it’s slim fitting but not restrictive. If you have overweight dudes in your sections they’d need to order a size up so they won’t look like a sausage busting out of its casing. The sleeves are a little long for a short sleeve as well but it’s only a minor inconvenience. But my biggest issue is that it’s like the shirts themselves are dyed the color you want. For instance both blue and tan 499 shirts are the correct color on the outside, but white on the inside. Not really a fan of this because it makes the product look cheap. In closing I’m not really impressed with the products I received especially for how long I waited to receive them (5 months). I do think the business idea is great, but I think they’d need to fix a few things before I bought anything from them again.

I used them because I've seen their work already and it was too of the line. I think it will honestly be worth any wait time. Christie was great with working with me and getting exactly what I wanted as design.

So I’m trying my luck here because it seems to be impossible to contact someone at the company… I know y’all are busy due to Covid or whatever but not answering emails or phone calls for days and weeks is unacceptable. If anyone is looking for clothing please please please GO ANYWHERE else but this place. Unless you’re cool waiting for 6+ months with no communication with a single employee. Horrible. I literally just want an update on the status of my order and that seems unlikely to ever happen. I’d be surprised to ever see the shirts at this point honestly.

EDIT: they finally responded and said the items shipped on Jan 5 I believe. Willing to update my rating once I actually get the products and review the quality. Still should take 6 months but hopefully it’s worth the wait.

Ordered in may. No response to emails or messages. No way to contact the company and actually get a response.
