je n'est pas reçus ma broderie sa me mes toujour erreur pour l'avoir jr comprend pas

Bought some designs. They are great! Wanted to buy more but website doesnt work anymore?

seems like no one is checking the website or their own facebook page or emails lately as purchased one of their football team badges from their website a few weeks back.
everything seemed to go smoothly with checking out and paying etc, then receiving an email with links to download the digitised embroidery files pretty quickly so no issues there.
But after opening the files on my Brother PR1050x 10 needle machine several of the files couldn't be read by the machine because it said "unexpected file format" which makes no sense as its a .PES format so no reason why is not recognising it properly,
So emailed them several times now over a few weeks with no response, the "contact us" form on website fails to submit the form so that doesn't work and now am left in the dark with corrupt files and no response or support !!!!

J'ai acheté un motif "une insigne Mercédes" , reçu immédiatement, très beau motif. J'ai eu besoin d'aide et après l'envoi d'un mail, j'ai reçu une réponse très très rapidement. Merci pour votre réactivité.

What a service, the seller can be recommended and bought from, I had some problems with the download, but it was not the seller's fault, it was my own as I had not tried this before, but the seller was quick with his help and a new download link, great service, it's not the last time i shop with Embroidery

Bordados de calidad. Los diseños se bordan sin complicaciones y se ven muy bien, además en atención a clientes son muy atentos y resuelven las dudas que se van generando.

He comprado picajes de bordado infantiles para bordar en unas prendas para mi hija. Los diseños eran de gran calidad, recomiendo esta tienda ☺️

Volveré a ponerme más bordados, me ha encantado como han quedado.

La compra del picaje ha sido excelente, la borde en mi sudadera y quedo brutal, lo recomiendo al 100%
