EMDR Kit - Yes buy it
The ordering experience was excellent. I had a question and customer care responded the same day. The order arrived within a few days, same week of purchase.
The EMDR Kit is beautiful! The case is quality, as are the light bar, tappers and headphones. Set up is quick. Really like the app features (count, flash, etc).
The experience - my clients like having options for the light color, and all have responded well to the transition from manual to the EMDR Kit. I like having everything set and controlled via app, so that I can focus on the client and process.
No regrets buying the EMDR Kit, it is next level.

Excellent communication and customer service. In addition, even though this is a company outside of the U.S., the shipping is quick and reliable. Also, the product interfaces well with the iPhone, with capabilities for timing out and the various typical settings (intensity & speed)

It has been my most advanced EMDR equipment thus far and is very versatile and well thought out. My patients like it. Import costs were a bit steep (Another Brexit Benefit!) but still worth it. Steve

From Netherlands to USA to Argentina with zero loss of its five-star quality
Great service by Rick at the 37th RFTConference! The setting up was very simple and all the features are user friendly. The packaging and transportation is great as well, safe and aesthetically pleasing. And we’re using it nonstop at the office with excellent results too. Highly recommended!

Top notch service
It was quick and easy to receive! I ordered my kit and bag same day but had to order my bag separately with a different payment method due to funds at the time of order, they noticed I did two separate orders and combined them for shipping, dropping the shipping price off of my second order. The equipment is great and easy to use as well!

Works well enough
The products do what they are supposed to do. However, the sync on the headphones, buzzers, and light bar is pretty poor with the wireless set. The headphones are also are pretty hit and miss with getting them to work with the app.

Les Pulsators devraient être faciles à connecter, nous vous avons donc envoyé un e-mail avec des instructions supplémentaires. Nous espérons résoudre cela à votre satisfaction et renverser cette évaluation !
Super fast delivery
I can’t believe how quickly this arrived to NZ - less than a week to get here from Europe!
Also Great product - well made and very useful. Work well with clients and small enough for a young child to hold. The app is great and the lights add to it - nice to be able to change colours and give additional BLS option.
