Emenac Packaging USA レビュー

We have been dealing with Jeff Anderson at Emenac Packaging and he has been very helpful. He responds to our emails quickly and sends quotes over in a very timely manner. He definitely seems experienced in packaging!

Very fast response. Jeff was kind and followed up with me after a few days to make sure I had received all the information I needed.

Jeff Anderson provided excellent customer service while helping me out with a quote for custom mailer boxes. The quote was provided promptly, with a clear breakdown of pricing factors, features, and next steps.

Excellent product with excellent customer service! Jeff was great to work with! He was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact product I was looking for and that I was satisfied with it. Will definitely be working with this company and Jeff again.

Great product! I had the chance to work with Jeff and he was very professional. He gave me quick and prompt responses and made sure I was satisfied with my product! Looking forward to working with him again and purchasing with the company again.

Jeff is great to work with! He's super quick to respond, very friendly and works hard to get all the details to provide accurate estimates and information! Look forward to working with him again in the future.

William and the staff went over and above in helping us make the boxes for our product launch look FANTASTIC. They were professional and made all changes quickly and constantly stayed in contact. I was very impressed with the quick turn around.

Working with Nancy to get our very custom boxes designed and manufactured was a pleasure. There definitely were some hiccups along the way with some misprints and delays, but she was with me every step of the way and worked with me to make sure I got the exact boxes I was looking for, for my business. The end product was amazing and we've been getting great reviews from our customers. Would definitely recommend working with her! Will be a return customer for sure.

Nice and helpful staff and replies back on any queries just in moments. Loved working with them.

Working with Jeff as he guided me through the process has been a great experience. Looking forward to more project in the future

We needed some custom bags. The process with Emenac Packaging was simple and easy. The results were amazing!! We were truly in love with the final packaging. I highly recommend this company!

Working with Nancy has been a wonderful experience! Last year, we started the process of a custom designed box with another company - big mistake! Reached out to Emenac Packaging, and spoke to Nancy. She took my vision to reality! We've already done two orders with her, and will continue to do more in the future!

Excellent customer experience overall! From my initial inquiries to finalization of product, I am truly satisfied. Emenac Packaging exceeded my expectations.

My go to person, Nancy, was amazing, detailed oriented & kind. She answered all of my questions & ensured the products were to my satisfaction.

I look forward to doing business again with Emenac Packaging!

Thank you!

We had a great 1st experience, really recommended! Nathan was so fast and friendly!

Great experience and fast service!

We needed a quick turnaround on some packaging due to the recent coronavirus epidemic. Emenac Packaging was able to make an adjustment on our design and deliver our new boxes in about two weeks. Terrific customer service and they helped us out tremendously. Highly recommended!

I offer an exclusive weight loss program which includes several natural products. It was important for me to find a very detailed and specific product packaging that reflected the high quality of our products and program, while simultaneously representing our brand. Emenac provided me with that and more at a very competitive price point. Their representative, Steve, who was supporting me through the creative process, the finalizing, proofing and shipping demonstrated excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for customized packaging.

Harry did a great job helping me after trying to work with several US based packaging companies who couldnt create the size I needed at fair pricing. Lip gloss boxes with custom images on it. Fits my items perfectly. I would definitely reorder again. My packages came quickly as well to California.

Friendly and responsive company. They worked with us on an aggressive timeline and helped with expedited shipping. However, be aware this is an outsourced producer in Pakistan. Our die line was modified in pre-flight which resulted in incorrect final dimensions and box material wasn't what we requested. It felt rubbery. If you know exactly the box specifications you require you may get what you want for the reduced pricing, but we were not pleased with the end result of our order.

I had been using another company and when I was ready to place my order, this other company told me they wouldn't be able to get me my order for 8 weeks! I frantically searched for a company that I could use, and am so thankful I found Emenac. Nathan provided amazing customer service every step of the way, and was prompt, honest, and up front with all of our interactions. They got me samples printed right away and got my order out to me super quickly, with perfect results. Can't wait to place my next order, and can't say enough about the amazing communication and customer service from Nathan!

My company was in a tight spot! we needed custom inserts expeditiously to hit a deadline. Natasha Hill was very gracious and moved hell and high water in order to make sure we got the products before our deadline.

The inserts we received were GREAT! Due to my miscalculations the sizing was a bit off. Natasha and her team again assisted in making sure everything was taken care of. The attention to detail and the client involvement she showed is out of this WORLD!

Will definitely being using Emenac in the future
