We've been looking for a packaging company that can react as quickly as our business and Emenac Packaging is able to do that. Working with Nancy has been fantastic. She always available when we pick up the phone and have questions about our orders or shipping, or even technical aspects of our projects. Would definitely recommend working with Emenac!

Hi everyone I wanted to say thank you to Nancy Jones. She was really good and patient in helping me to create all the packaging of my products. At the beginning I was confused but she has so many ideas that in the end choosing the packaging was very easy. The results are amazing!!!! Thank you Nancy... it’s Nice to meet professions people like you! You are the best!!!!

We have enjoyed working with Natasha as she has worked hard to hit our timelines, deadlines, and art expectations. We have many options in vendors, but we enjoy working with her as well.

Hector was incredibly helpful in every step of the way for us. We did not really know much about what we were doing but he helped with everything and his follow up was amazing and his response times were super quick. The product arrived in a timely manner and the quality exceeded our expectations. Great experience, five stars for sure.

Ordering custom packaging boxes for my cosmetic shop is the best thing I've done so far. I am managing a business shop in Ohio and was in need of creative boxes for many products which are currently available in my shop. The most amazing and ever liked boxes are foundation boxes (qty 4500pcs) and mascara boxes (qty 7000pcs). Mr. Harry was so professional, courteous and humble while making changes to my boxes.I got my boxes exactly matching to my brand and it's theme. I am very thankful to him for being so helpful and completed my order on time. I will be certainly recommending them to other people around me.

I am really impressed with the amazing Packaging boxes that I receive from Emenac Packaging. I was just browsing the internet for hair box supplier and didn't expect I will decide on the spot to use their service because of their excellent quality standard and customer service. Though I have worked as a packaging designer for 7 years. Therefore, I can tell how much the extra mile has been stridden to ensure the packaging boxes quality and dimensions. Thank you so much Emenac Packaging for providing me the idyllic packaging I was looking for.

Nancy Jones is an amazing salesperson at Emenac Packaging. She made sure that we are completely satisfied with our order. Emenac Packaging has the potential to complete the order on time, not only on time but quality too. If you are in the market looking for custom packaging boxes, we would highly recommend them. We have used them twice and they always exceeded our expectation.

Allan Cornell, maybe 5 stars aren't enough, but that's all I'm allowed to grade. I worked with Hector who was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. This was not an easy project, and many companies hate to work with professional artists, but in this case we were able to bounce ideas off of each other and the results was nothing short of outstanding. We have only the display boxes left, but if the results is anything like the shipment I received today, I'm extremely excited to work with them on preliminary drawings. They were the best, with special thanks to Hector. He controlled a difficult project with great expertise. Thanks to everyone involved. You nailed it!

Emenac Packaging has been a great resource for our company. They have excellent customer service and make sure everything goes as planned. Would recommend.

The custom boxes did come in good time again. They have always been exactly as promised in the mock-ups. Once again it has been a pleasure working with Natasha. Her customer service is excellent and always professional.
Thank you,
Rob

Michelle and Emenac did an excellent job on this order, our first with them. We needed to have it in a hurry and they delivered on time. The quality is good and it appears as though all of the product is color consistent, an issue we've had to deal with before.

Emenac Packaging boxes are top notch...Our soap factory needed 28000 boxes before 6th sep, and we knew it was too difficult to meet the requirements in such a short time as we placed our order in 20th aug last month. They fulfilled the job and delivered our boxes right on time.
We would be recommending them to our contacts to use their services. Again, thank you for your quick service.

Please promote Hector Chavez above and beyond his peers. I’ve been in product development and marketing my whole life and Hector is certainly one of the top Reps I have ever dealt with. Thank you Hector because of your outstanding professionalism and customer care our company will be customers again.

Had a very positive experience with ordering custom boxes. Love that you can order small quantities (500). Natasha Hill was great to work with and I swear she works 24 hours a day.

We have enjoyed working with Emenac Packaging on our new products. Jeff Anderson has been extremely helpful and his customer service goes above and beyond. Jeff made sure I was completely satisfied once we received our product and any corrections they would need to make they would.

I am very pleased with Emenac Packaging. We will use them again!

We have been using Emenac packaging for many years for our business. Last week, we ordered 10 thousand Cake Boxes for our bakery. The quality was great as always, infect very superior to some other vendors and the price was always the best for the quality. Our experience was smooth and had no issue while dealing with them and we would highly recommend them for all your packaging and shipping needs.

Do not work with this company.

First of all, I have been working with Nathan. Of course, he calls me multiple times a week to close a deal with him. We then receive our samples, which are sourced from Pakistan (not the United States), and incorrect. Incorrect print, and incorrect material.

Of course, he takes his time, not fixing this solution, and as a business this is frustrating. Instead of offering a solution, and fixing his mistakes with our order. We had to dispute our charge, as we did not want to proceed working with them further for this order.

We were promised a refund with written consent from Emenac Packaging, and they have completely ignored us via email. Over $2,000, we have no product, and no refund returned to us.
