Emenac Packaging USA レビュー

I recently placed an order for some custom design boxes. I worked with Chris, all I have to say is "Amazing Work" I loved my boxes and I know my clients will to . Thanks Chris!!!

I’m satisfied with my experience. Our custom packaging boxes delivered earlier than expected by Emenac Packaging, shipped for free! I worked with Emenac Packaging agent (Martin Shaw), He was very responsive and knowledgeable which helped us to make the process easy and fast. I will definitely use the custom packaging boxes for future products.

I really appreciate the support I got from Roy and crew. It was my first project and they were very helpful and patient. I love the finished outcome!
I will definitely be using them in the future. BWB

Emenac Packaging has great rates and the quality of their work was excellent. The shipping of the boxes I ordered were delivered quickly and we were really happy with the end product!

Highly recommend Emenac Packaging.

I cast a wide net in looking for companies to produce new packaging for a specialty food product, and ultimately found that Emenac offered the most competitive rates when it came to producing the relatively small quantities of packaging I needed. Not only that, but their rates are very simple. Unlike many packaging companies, they do not have up-front plate or die fees, and shipping and even design help (if you need it) is included in the quoted cost. Given their reasonable pricing and the flexibility afforded by their no-die/plate process, I decided to place a small initial order of 1000 units. (FYI, most packaging companies won't even offer a run this small, especially without setup fees).

The initial order exceeded my expectations in every regard, including quality. One plus with Emenac is that they tell you how long the order will take to produce at time of quote. I was quoted 7-9 business days to produce and ship, but actually received my order in 8 business days, which is fantastic. Upon opening the box I found that one item was below quantity and emailed my contact Ethan Shaw. To my surprise, he was already aware of the issue and assured me that the additional units would arrive the following business day, which they did, and via express mail at that.

Based on the success of the first order, I placed a second order, which also went smoothly and met or exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. This time, there was an accidental production overrun and Emenac offered me the extras at a substantially reduced rate to avoid wasting them, which must be applauded.

I have now placed a third order and plan to continue using Emenac for future packaging needs. Now that I have verified the quality of their products, what keeps me coming back is the fast, accurate email communication from my sales contact Ethan Shaw. Thanks to his help, it takes almost no time to take a project from conception to press--really the only delays are the time it takes me to complete the designs.

In sum: highly recommended so far, and wish I had found them sooner--packaging is always a challenge for small producers, and it's a relief to find a company who can serve us well.

We are an international enterprise, functioning in San Jose for the past 8 years. Recently, we were needed custom software boxes (including Video games and CD boxes). One of our business partners referred us Emenac Packaging to fulfill our packaging needs.

We contacted Mr. Brown at Emenac Packaging who assisted us throughout the ordering process. We were given a quote on the same day, fairly compatible with our budget plan. All the boxes were delivered, fulfilling all the requirements logo, design, colors… which we mentioned particularly. Jason Brown managed our order with a profound understanding of our needs. We would highly recommend this very authentic Packaging provider to all businesses like us.

Thank you to Chris and his team for doing such an excellent job on my order. I ordered a customized box for chocolates and I could not have been happier. We received many compliments from our clients. Chris and his team were very efficient and did an excellent job on follow up and providing my order on time! I would highly recommend Emenac Packaging.

It took 34 days by the time we placed our order to the time it was delivered. The invoice says it will take 7-9 business days. We received no receipt of payment and therefore no tracking number either. Once it got to 21 days of still waiting, Roy who took my order originally failed twice to respond to my emails about the boxes where abouts. For the lack of customer service, I will never deal with this business again.

Dealing with Martin Shaw at Emenac Packaging was very easy and straight forward. I’m sure my order was not straight forward as we made several changes to our lipstick boxes. This included the right color scheme and logo of our brand we needed on the boxes. In spite of many alterations, my account handler was extremely helpful and positive throughout the entire process. He also assured that we receive our boxes on the scheduled time. Ask for Martin whenever you have any need of custom packaging.

It’s a good company to have boxes of your own choice. I enjoyed working with Emenac Packaging team and never have any problem in any way. They are very productive, fast and organized as well. I received my order ahead of time. I would definitely recommend anyone to make orders from them.

Custom Boxes quality of first class and great value for money. Don't buy from else when you have Emenac Packaging.

It was an absolute amazing expereince working with Emenac Packaging. The website itself is easy to use and I loved being able to see the final product even before I order! The quality of the packaging boxes itself is amazing and our final custom packaging boxes look exactly how we wanted them to look while being at reasonably priced. Thank you Emenac Packaging for your excellent service and product in our hands!

Michelle and her team where not only friendly and efficient but fair with pricing and worked with me to get my order done in a timely manner.

Ordered 200 boxes with company logo, the boxes turned out great. Very professional and happy with the quality. Great customer service, every time I contacted Mark he responded very quickly to my needs. I will definitely order from this company again.

Jason Brown, the kimd peaceful gentlemen I dealt with through this process was incredibly patient with my need a and made sure what I needed was produced exactly how it need be before we mass produce them. The guidance and direction of helping design the box was invaluable, and I believe that Jason put alot of effort and time into my boxes. Thank you for your services and will definitely be using emenpac over and over again. It makes it difficult to replace perfection.

Martin Shaw was very helpful and the product was delivered as expected! Smooth ordering process.

Emenac Packaging has delivered custom boxes in an exceptional way. Worth every single penny. Thank you!

Great service. Quick response! Great quality. A pleasure to deal with!

Emenac Packaging has been great to work with. We've done two projects with them, and the first one had some challenges to get it right. However, they worked with us to keep trying different solutions, and eventually we got it right. Our second project went off without a hitch and their reps are very professional and available (especially Nancy). Turnaround time and pricing is very fair.

Nancy Jones was excellent in helping us complete our project. Worked through our problems making the process seamless.
