This was my first time ordering from this company. I was a little bit skeptical about ordering a suit online. However, I would have to say that my experience and the suit's quality were awesome. Customer service was very timely, pleasant, proactive, and efficient. The first suit I ordered was the last one in stock. There was an issue with the suit; they offered me alternatives. Although I didn't agree with the selections they sent over to me, I was allowed to pick my own, and they accommodated me. They shipped out the alternative suit extremely fast! When I received the suit, I was not disappointed! The quality of the suit was 10 out of 10. My son's gonna be the flyest at the prom!

In the midst of my anxiety - FREYA took the bull by the horns and knew what to do before I even said it. There was pressure on my end since I ordered the wrong size initially.

Expand your search before buying from this seller. Tried to return a suit I bought at about the day after as it didn't fit, and they tried to offer a little under 10% percent of what I paid, and that I should keep the suit. Don't be fooled about the 30/60days returns. That's just for show. They charged me a restocking fee of $55 dollars even though their sites says "no restocking fees".

Just saving someone else the headache.

I ordered a tux from this store for an event and overall it was a good experience. The ordering process was easy and the tux looked almost exactly like the pictures. The fitting was nice and so as the fabric which felt good. Delivery was on time, just needed a small adjustment, but nothing major. I’d definitely order again for future events.

DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM. Absolutely horrible in every aspect: product quality, size accuracy, and customer service. I bought a suit in my son's typical size, but it was too small, so I needed to replace it. The second one came in the incorrect size, with stains and tags missing. There was no time for another replacement, so I requested a return. Even though it was the seller's fault, they charged me twice a $25 fee for each suit returned. A fee that is not mentioned in their advertisement. "An easy return," they claim, is nothing but a flat lie—no communication with customer service beyond emails they do not respond to for days or at all if it is inconvenient, like my request to waive the fees due to their negligence. Also, the quality is not there- wrinkles easily, color varies from the ones in online pictures, and a cheap look is all you get. Do not be fooled -you get what you pay for.

I wore it to a wedding, and I received so many compliments. If you’re looking for affordable elegance, Emensuits is the brand to trust!

This was my first time shopping with Emensuits, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. The blazer and pants were sharp, modern, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the attention to detail. They clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Highly recommended for any gentleman who values class and confidence.
