The individuals that I spoke with concerning my order we very helpful and courteous! Also the coat which we ended up purchasing for a friend was of great quality and looked really good on him.

Ordered a 100% wool tuxedo and paid $209.00. I received a 100% polyester tuxedo listed at $129.00. I notified Mensitaly, and they said I can keep the tuxedo, and they would refund me $30.00. If I kept the tuxedo, there is still an 80.00 difference. I rejected the offer and stated that if I could not receive the wool tuxedo, I would request a refund. Mensitaly rejected my offer and then said I've had the items for more than 60 days, so the tux is mine. Before the 60 days, I've tried several times to get in touch with Mensitaly with negative results.
