Hurtig forsendelse og god kvalitet. Jeg kÞbte et par jeans i den forkerte stÞrrelse, og returnerede derfor og fik et par nye jeans i den rigtige stÞrrelse. Det hele gik helt uden problemer

Hago pedido el miércoles 18. Viendo que no llega y que pasada una semana no esta ni recepcionado por el proveedor logisto, contacto con ellos, y me dicen que van a consultar. Me contestan al dÃa siguiente, despues de reclamarles una respuesta, que el pedido se ha cancelado por un fallo de la empresa de envios. No compensan por el error y lo unico que proponen es volver a enviarlo, eso si pasan los dÃas y no han hecho nada, ni devolver el dinero, ni volver a enviarlo, cuando les dije con resignación que lo mandaran de nuevo.
Servicio pesimo digno de la peor telco.
Con lo fácil que es cuidar el customer experience en el sector retail.

Poor handling of defective product
I purchased a pair of trousers that were damaged after the first wash, despite following the care instructions. After initially rejecting my complaint, Eme Studios sent a replacement, acknowledging the defect.
I later received a sudden notice stating I would be charged because the damaged item had not been returned â without having received any prior reminders. Despite explaining this immediately, I was still charged without proper response.
I paid to avoid escalation, but this does not mean I accept liability. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

Ich habe meine Bestellung ordnungsgemÀà und vollstÀndig retourniert. Beide Artikel wurden gemeinsam in einem Paket zurÌckgesendet und laut Sendungsverfolgung auch zugestellt.
Der HÀndler behauptet nun, es sei nur ein Artikel angekommen, und hat im Rahmen eines PayPal-KÀuferschutzfalls ein einzelnes Foto als âBeweisâ eingereicht. Dieses Foto belegt jedoch weder den tatsÀchlichen Inhalt des Pakets bei RÃŒckerhalt noch, dass ein Artikel gefehlt haben soll. FÃŒr mich ist dieses Vorgehen nicht nachvollziehbar und wirkt unseriös.
Statt einer fairen KlÀrung wird offenbar versucht, die Verantwortung auf den Kunden abzuwÀlzen. Ich bin sehr enttÀuscht vom Kundenservice und wÌrde aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht erneut dort bestellen!!!
No response after refund issue
I returned a defective knitted sweater to EME Studios after contacting them, and we clearly agreed that I would receive a full refund to my original payment method.
However, during the return process I was only offered the refund as a gift card, which was never part of our agreement. Since then, I have contacted EME Studios multiple times asking them to correct this in their system so the refund could be paid out instead of issued as store credit.
Unfortunately, I have received no reply at all.
Mistakes can happen, but completely ignoring a customer who is just asking for what was agreed upon is not okay. Disappointing experience and poor customer service overall.
WARNING - THIS IS A SCAM!!
They did not deliver, and when I pointed this out to them, they claimed that their delivery service said differently. I have two live tracking links, however, both showing that delivery hasn't taken place, but they still claim rightful delivery. NEVER EVER EME STUDIOS AGAIN!! BIG WARNING - DON'T GO THERE!! Now they are burying everything in paperworks, with one form after the other for me to fill out and sign, just to tire me out. What a disgrace. Pitiful and sad. Luckily my bank has taken over from here...

Scam! They claim that the package has been delivered, but I can see through my shipping company that they never received any package. I have been in contact with Eme Studio. They claim that they are investigating the matter, but after 12 days of waiting, there is still nothing new. Eme Studios will neither send a new package nor refund the money. They do not answer my emails anymore. I have therefore objected through my bank. Think carefully before using this company.

Jeg bestilte hos dem d. 24 nov . og har stadig ikke modtaget min ordre pr. den 13. EME Studio påstår, at pakken blev leveret efter kun 2 dage, hvilket ikke giver mening, når deres leveringstid er omkring 8 dage. De har ingen beviser på at de har leveret den.
Jeg har skrevet 10â15 emails og fÃ¥r kun autosvar. Ingen reel kundeservice. Deres kundeservice-telefon er spansk og koster penge at ringe til.
Pakkeshoppen kan ikke hjÊlpe, da de aldrig har modtaget pakken. Pengene blev dog trukket fra min konto med det sammeâŠ..

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order and still havenât received anything. EME Studio claims the package was delivered after 2 days, which is impossible since shipping normally takes around 8 days.
Iâve sent 10â15 emails and only get automatic replies. No real customer service at all. Their customer support phone number is in Spain and costs money to call.
The partner shop cannot help because they never received the package. Meanwhile, the money was taken from my account immediately.
Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating.
I strongly recommend not ordering from this company
