I WON A PRIZE IN FEB.2025 AND MY DOCUMENTS ARE APPROVED IN APRIL.2025. TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FROM EMIRATES DRAW. WHEN WILL I GET MY PAYMENT, NO IDEA. ANYBODY CAN ANSWER.

I won a price before 4 months. But didn't received that money to my account until now. Next week will move legal

They are not giving back the winning amounts. It is a spam & fraud site.

I have been asking my winning amount since 4 month but no one is replying on email and no one is answering the call,
It seems it just fake and looting people money, please stop playing everyone and wasting money on this draw. Its all scripted and showing winners they are their employee or connected with emirates draw

Fraud..!! Cheating..!! Don’t Install ..!! Font play the game..!!! Don’t spend single penny..!! They will never give your winning money…!! Always report it on play store

So many mail for my withdrawal no response.

After a few years buying tickets, i believe it is fake.

I have a problem with Emirates Draw. I won a prize of AED 1,000 a few months ago. Initially, they said it would take 90 days to credit the amount. Later, they changed it to 90 working days and now its more then 6 months.

I’ve sent several emails, and eventually, they responded saying the amount was transferred to the account number I provided. However, I still haven’t received the money. The support team asked me to share my bank statement, which I did, along with multiple reminders — but I’ve received no response since then.

Is this real or fake?

I’ve stopped buying Emirates Draw tickets until I receive my winnings. It’s really upsetting. If this is how they handle a small prize, what would happen if someone wins a big amount? It’s truly disappointing.

This is our money — why are they playing with people like this? When we buy tickets, the amount is deducted instantly without any issues. So why is there such a delay in paying out winnings, and why is there no proper communication?

This has been a very bad experience. People should think twice before buying tickets like this. There are many fake or unreliable websites out there these days, and it’s important to be cautious.

Don't say, your's is customer support team. It's customer unsupported team. I sent so many mails, but none of your team mates replied to me. Without any clarification, how could I continue to play. Also arrange for a "live chat". That's the only way to connect with customers directly, if you're genuine...

Just a waste of money, you can never win

Emirates Draw is a completely scam site that would make you spend for tickets and make fake declarations that you have won and collect your documents, photo and video for their promotions and other activities not known to the customer! Multiple teams would get in touch asking for your details. Nobody should fall for it. The persons they show as a mega winner in their ads are all bogus. You will not find those persons anywhere in social media or anywhere!!!

I was declared as 5 number matching winner in Easy6 on March 7th 2025. On the very next day different employees from Emirates Draw contacted me asking for my image (which was mentioned to be used in the way they wish by the company and its staff!!), video interview and other personal details. After all this happened it has been more than 6 months and still no money reached me. This is completely FRAUD! I have all proofs supporting this and can provide anywhere and to anyone. Please do not buy tickets and waste money! I have emailed them, called them and they just ignore your mails and calls.

I add 50 AED accidentally instate of inr I ask for help and send mail to costomer service but no one is reply

I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the non-payment of my total winning amount of AED 5,200 (comprising AED 2,000 + AED 2,200 + AED 1,000).

It has been more than Eight months since I won these amounts, yet I have not received the full payment to date (Partial received). Despite several follow-ups, customer service has only responded a few times and provided false promises without any actual resolution.

I even tried reaching call center and managed to connect only once or twice after a long wait on an international call, but still.
This situation is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the credibility and professionalism ED.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer protection channels.

Don't you have efficient workers?
It's been over a month since I started talking for just AED30 ?first give the priority to customers problem after increase the prize money. I alredy miss two easy 6 draw because of ur irresponsibility Don't you value our message? Don't test patience.😡 How many times do you need to talk about the same thing?you have no finance depart ment? Or u people devided the money by each?

There are so many complaints about owing winners and most of these complaints have not been closed, yet you are still advertising for people to come and play when you don’t have the intention of paying. Your customer service is almost non-existent, one can never put a call through successfully. The UAE government also says you’re not operating legally in the country. So, why are you still taking people’s money?

I made a payment 50 AED and 65 AED through UPI to play , Money got debited from my side but the wallet has not credited yet. I've mailed with proof ,So far they didn't get any reverts back. Please either refund back my money or credit my wallet.

I made a payment few days ago and it went through. But the site is showing it as failed and I also sent an email regarding the same with the proof. The support is not reverting back to my email. I have sent the email on their contact support email.
