19 Aug- I'm doubting their transparency. Why there's no live draws?
20 Aug- I don't care whether you use certified RNG or ASS is using. All I'm asking why you are not live streaming it?

Won 1000 aed on February and It’s been a month that I have written my experience with emirates draw on this platform. I haven’t got any money that I won. This is the high time to expose this fraud to government authorities.

I made a payment in June 2025 equivalent to 50AED which never got credited to my wallet. Emailed customer support but they have stopped responding to emails. Tried calling but kept on hold for too long.

I made a payment of ₹350 (approx. 15 AED) via UPI from India on 28th June for participation in the Emirates Draw (Easy 6 game). Unfortunately, the amount never reflected in my playing wallet.

Since then, I have been following up regularly with their support team. Despite providing the requested payment proof multiple times (on at least five separate occasions), there has been no resolution. Most recently, on 10th August, I was asked once again to resend the same proof — more than 40 days after the original transaction.

This experience raises serious concerns about the platform’s efficiency and customer service. If such a small amount requires repeated follow-ups and over a month to process, it makes me question the reliability of Emirates Draw when it comes to handling larger transactions or potential winnings.

At this point, I am simply requesting that the amount either be credited to my playing wallet or refunded to my original payment method without further unnecessary delays.

I hope Emirates Draw takes this feedback seriously and improves its support processes to build trust with its users — especially with first time users who don't have a clue on these kind of issues.

i did win couple of time but never withdraw (AED 5 - 500 twice - 1K) i just re-invest again. and on the 20/01/2025 won AED50K raffle ticket. all Doc. (OK) and approved for withdraw. but sadly till Now Nothing, all i get were repeated empty promises, vague reassurances. its Possible they did Distributed some winning here and there, just to keep the Trust pilot rating reasonable..and when negative reviews are posted on this site .. they Gonna reply asking for your Info and then ignore you.
My Advice is better to Burn ur cash than Playing Emirates Draw.

If you believe you have lost funds due to a fraud I would suggest raising a complaint with Dubai Police and also raise a complaint with your bank to see if they can try and recover the funds for you.

We have blocked their websites from being accessible in the UAE and we have worked with our social media partners such as Meta to take down their adverts on Facebook along with other platforms within the UAE.



Unfortunately, we are unable to control what is available in India or other countries.

I tried to buy some tickets today and put them in my basket. I paid using UPI, and although the money was taken out of my account, it did not appear in my wallet. This website is fraudulent, thus I took money out of my account. Do not buy tickets, please.

After a long time playing i stopped buying cause lack of faith in Emirates draw due to unpaid winnings to their winners not responding after any failed transaction not even transparency of result as well as winners details also they are not providing

Despite Emirates’ attempts to respond to my review on the TrustPilot platform, they have yet to take any action. It appears that they are deliberately engaging in deceptive practices, and individuals should refrain from interacting with them.
I have received a message on TrustPilot, and they have also responded on Instagram, promising to get back to me soon. However, as of now, there have been no updates.( it has been 5 months)
I am confident that they will once again attempt to persuade me to send messages on Instagram through TrustPilot in order to further deceive people.

As of now, nearly 60 days have passed, and I recently received an email stating that my bank account details were incorrect. I re-submitted the correct information last week and am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

Your kind support is highly appreciated. I have also shared my brother-in-law's medical reports on your Instagram platform. He is currently suffering from colorectal cancer, and the winnings would be crucial in facilitating his treatment.

Customer care send message without any result

I wanted to bring to your attention several issues I've experienced:

1. On the first day, I was informed that one of my accounts was not accessible.
2. After 15 days, there was an issue with the Indian bank.
3. After the 21st day, the contact number provided is not working.
4. On the 23rd day, I was asked for my mobile number again, despite already receiving a call from customer care, who explained the transfer process. However, I have continued to send emails and make calls without receiving any answers.

This situation is completely unacceptable, and I find it very frustrating.

I urge you to take immediate action to transfer the amount.

Emirates Draw appears to be losing customer trust due to unresponsive customer service, including unanswered calls and emails. Additionally, there have been delays in settling prize winnings, with only partial payments made through UPI. When customers seek clarification, the customer service team cites limitations on fund transfers. How ever they will give same framed response . I really didn’t understand why they were so unresponsive. I suggested everyone don’t play this game. They lost their credibility

I'm playing it regularly but I dnt think this is real genuine gameplay since their is no public announcement on audit who take care of the draw result and transparency of the Emirates Draw is questionable. Emirates Draw had paused its UAE operations at the end of 2023 following new regulations and complaints to UAE's Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) so they are not official & no licence also for them from GCGRA.
live streaming stoped and lack of customer service all are making to think us to play. Real money is involved here so we need clear communication.
And some reviews are mean that their is no payment done for them or partial payment only settled by the Emirates Draw.

We are responsible to play this kind of lottery but the fairness and transperancy is very important for the gameplay from the Emirates Draw to their customers.
If it still continues we will lose money there are no more winners

I’ve been participating in Emirates Draw, but several concerns have made me question its transparency:

🔴 No audit reports or third-party verification shared publicly to prove the draw is fair.
🔴 No clear public assurance on how the draws are conducted behind the scenes.
📩 I have emailed the support team multiple times with specific queries, but their responses have been vague and avoid the actual questions.

• I have a UAE residency visa, but I’m currently in India.
➤ Can I legally participate from India?
• If I win, can I receive the prize in my UAE bank account?
• If I choose to receive the prize in India, will there be any tax deduction or reporting requirement from Emirates Draw or Indian authorities?

I Have deposited amount through UPI but its not reflecting in wallet. Still showing pending. Uploaded UTR no also. Sent mail but mo response received yet. Pls help me for the same.

My amount was debited for mega7 ticket ₹1169 but I didn’t get the ticket . How I can this problem (UTR NO:519370220389)

The good news is, Emirates Draw is legit. I won 100k and I got it just last week.

The bad news is it took almost 7 months to disburse even with correct requirements. As a first time winner, like most winners here, it is worrisome to not be updated by the organization ahead about status and to keep on following their customer service who can be late in replying and difficult to reach by phone. Had no choice but to be pushy. One could only think it’s a scam.

But again, I received it! So it’s real! I can only suggest better payout service from Emirates Draw and more patience and trust from winners.

I’m gonna keep playing, it’s fun! 😁😁
